| Young people are the builders and successors of the socialist cause,and shoulder the historical responsibility of realizing the socialist modern power.Therefore,the healthy growth of young people both physically and mentally has been the ardent concern and support of the country and society.A large number of studies have shown that good physical exercise behavior can directly improve adolescent mental health,in addition,physical exercise can also indirectly affect adolescent mental health through some intermediary factors.Based on the theoretical research of exercise psychology,this study selected 989 students from five junior high schools in Hebi City as the survey objects through literature research,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics to study and analyze the basic situation of junior high school students’ physical exercise behavior,peer relationship and mental health and their differences in different demographic variables.This thesis studies the relationship among physical exercise behavior,peer relationship and mental health of junior high school students,and clarifies the correlation among the three and the mediating role of peer relationship between physical exercise behavior and mental health of junior high school students.Through research and analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Physical exercise behavior and mental health level of junior high school students need to be improved,and the overall level of peer relationship is good.(2)Taking gender as grouping variable,junior high school students showed no differences in physical exercise behavior and its dimensions(p > 0.05),significant differences in peer relationship and peer acceptance dimension(p < 0.01),mental health and willingness to learn dimension(p < 0.05),and significant differences in interpersonal harmony dimension(p< 0.01).(3)Taking grade as grouping variable,physical exercise behavior of junior middle school students and its dimensions were significantly different(p < 0.001),peer relationship and its dimensions showed no anisotropy(p > 0.05),mental health and its dimensions showed no anisotropy(p > 0.05).(4)With the only child or not as the grouping variable,junior middle school students’ physical exercise behavior and its dimensions showed no differences(p > 0.05),peer relationship and peer acceptance dimensions had significant differences(p < 0.01),mental health and its dimensions had significant differences(p < 0.01).(5)Taking the origin of students as the grouping variable,physical exercise behavior and its dimensions showed no anisotropy(p > 0.05),peer relationship and its dimensions showed no anisotropy(p > 0.05),mental health and its dimensions of life happiness,willingness to learn and interpersonal harmony were different(p < 0.05).(6)The physical exercise behavior,peer relationship and mental health of junior middle school students were significantly positively correlated(p < 0.01),that is,the higher the level of physical exercise behavior of junior middle school students,the higher the level of peer relationship;The higher the physical exercise behavior level of junior high school students,the higher their mental health level;The higher the level of peer relationship,the higher the level of mental health.(7)Peer relationship in junior high school students physical exercise behavior and psychologyBased on the above research conclusions,the following four suggestions are put forward:(1)deeply understand the implications of national policies and help promote the reform of school physical education;(2)To realize the physical education curriculum "church,practice,often competition" and establish the idea of lifelong physical education;(3)Attach importance to students’ mental health education to promote students’ comprehensive and healthy growth;(4)Vigorously develop external support and construct a multidimensional family-school-society structure. |
