| Since the reform and open policy,along with the gradual establishment and constant improvement of our socialist market economic system,social organizations such as industrial association get the rapid development,this plays an important role in the development of our sports industry.Zhejiang Province is one of the earliest regions to establish sports industry association.Its sports industry has a strong and good development momentum,which makes all kinds of sports industry association develop rapidly.However,there is still a gap between the development of Zhejiang Sports Industry Association and the requirement of the central government and The State Council to build a modern social organization system,the overall goal of transforming the economic development mode and promoting the development of the sports industry,and the requirement of the sports industry association to effectively play its function in the construction of industrial self-discipline and integrity.Therefore,this thesis takes the sports industry associations in Zhejiang Province as the research object,adopts the method of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics,and studies the status quo of the governance structure of the sports industry associations in Zhejiang Province and the factors that affect their status quo.The results showed that:(1)the governance structure of the sports industry associations in Zhejiang Province was generally at a medium level,showing the characteristics of higher democratization and lower normalization,and there were problems of low decision-making ability and execution ability;(2)In terms of policy environment,the policy environment for the development of provincial sports industry associations in Zhejiang Province is relatively perfect,but the development of municipal sports industry associations lacks the support of local policies and regulations,so it is urgent to introduce targeted policies and regulations;(3)In terms of the person in charge of each sports industry association,there is a low level of specialization;In the aspect of ordinary staff,the number of staff is small,the age of staff and the knowledge structure are not reasonable,and there is the problem of talent shortage.(4)In terms of the financial situation of each sports industry association,it presents the characteristics of a single source of income(membership fee),and there is a lack of channels to draw resources;(5)In terms of the survival and development of the sports industry,there is the problem of over-reliance on the government;Suggestions:(1)Optimize the policy environment for the development of sports industry associations by removing policy obstacles,speeding up the construction of local laws and regulations,and giving preferential policies;(2)To improve the level of full-time management of persons in charge of sports industry associations in Zhejiang Province by means of special posts,remuneration and retention,and smooth channels;To improve the quality of general staff of sports industry associations in Zhejiang Province by strengthening publicity,customizing talent selection mechanism and providing supporting services;(3)Improve the ability of sports industry associations to absorb external resources by improving their ability to serve the society;(4)Accelerate the decoupling of people,finance and materials between sports industry associations and government administrative organs in Zhejiang Province by constructing appropriate relations between government and committee. |
