It is an important part of the curriculum thinking politics in colleges and universities,and it is the concrete practice of the curriculum thinking politics in colleges and universities,and it has an effectiveness of moral education is the fundamental criterion to test all the work of colleges and universities",which requires to strengthen the research on the construction of the thinking politics of physical education courses,scientifically design the system of thinking politics of courses,and ensure the positive effect of thinking politics of physical education courses.Recently,many relevant scholars in China have carried out in-depth and intense discussions in the field of college sports curriculum thinking politics and achieved fruitful results,mainly involving the value implication and practical path of college sports curriculum thinking politics,the realistic dilemma and promotion strategy of college sports curriculum thinking politics construction,less research on the construction of college sports curriculum thinking politics evaluation index system,and not yet established to highlight It has not yet established an integrated system of evaluation indexes for the thinking politics of physical education courses,which highlights "moral education,problem-oriented,scientific and effective,comprehensive and balanced,and Chinese characteristics".The construction of the indexes for the evaluation of college physical education courses is a key measure to implement the fundamental task of "establishing moral education" and an important means to promote and guarantee the good effect of the construction of college physical education courses in thinking and politics.Therefore,it is especially important to establish a sound multi-dimensional and multi-faceted evaluation system of college sports courses.In this study,the basic policy text combing,expert interview records and literature analysis of relevant information,empirical pre-selection of indicators,and then scientific generalization,hierarchical screening and systematic construction of indicators by various research methods such as Delphi method,weight analysis and hierarchical analysis,mathematical statistics,etc.,finally constructed 4 primary indicators,including course background,course guarantee,course implementation and course effect,13 secondary indicators,namely political environment,policy environment,institutional environment,faculty,economic support,teaching resources,teaching content,teaching methods,teaching materials,teaching evaluation,teacher growth,student development and teaching reactions,as well as 47 tertiary indicators.In order to verify the validity,reliability and universality of the index system,three questionnaires including management subjects,implementation subjects and taught subjects were generated for each index dimension,and eight colleges and universities in Chengdu were randomly selected for empirical research.The results found that the index system is reasonable,with certain generalizability and operability,and can clarify the gap between different colleges and universities and between different dimensions of the same college,and fully reflect the actual situation of the construction of physical education courses in colleges and universities.In addition,the study also found that these eight schools have a common problem,that is,they have done a good job in top-level design and bottom-level support,but the actual implementation and nurturing effectiveness are poor,which is reflected in the following aspects: the lack of thinking and nurturing objectives in teaching materials;insufficient excavation of thinking and nurturing elements in teaching contents;less use of modern technology in thinking and nurturing education;lack of thinking and nurturing index system in teaching evaluation;teachers’ thinking and nurturing consciousness and ability;and students’ thinking and nurturing ability in physical education courses.It can be seen that the evaluation index system constructed can not only reflect the situation of a certain school in the construction of the thinking politics of physical education courses,but also can clarify the overall situation of the construction of the thinking politics of physical education courses in Chengdu colleges and universities from a point of view,which has strong utility.Finally,with regard to the 4-dimensional index system constructed in this study,the following promotion strategies are proposed: in terms of curriculum background,building a permanent communication and cooperation mechanism to promote the top-level design of the thought politics of physical education courses;in terms of curriculum guarantee,focusing on the construction of a platform for teachers’ development and establishing a sound guarantee and supervision mechanism;in terms of curriculum implementation,joint teaching online and offline to expand the space-time boundary between physical education and thought politics teaching In terms of course effectiveness,we will build a dynamic monitoring and evaluation mechanism,effectively combining conventional evaluation and professional consideration.
