Improving the mathematical operation ability of junior high school students in China is not only the requirement to run through and implement the mathematics curriculum standards of compulsory education,but also the need to promote teachers ’teaching and students’ own development.The seventh grade is an important stage of compulsory education connecting the past and the next.Mathematics education should focus on students’ computing ability.Therefore,on the basis of understanding the mathematical operation ability of seventh grade students,it is very important theoretical and practical significance to propose some effective teaching measures to cultivate the mathematical operation ability of seventh grade students.The research first clarified the connotation of mathematical operation ability on the basis of the literature review,and then analyzes the understanding ability of mathematical operation ability,mathematical proposition application ability and mathematical operation ability at the level of mathematical simplified operation ability.The main research questions of this study are:(1)what is the status quo of the mathematical operation ability of the seventh grade students?(2)What are the teaching measures to promote the seventh grade students’ mathematical computing ability?(3)What role will the teaching case designed based on the proposed teaching strategy play in developing the mathematical operation ability of the seventh grade students?For question 1,the questionnaire method,test volume method and interview method were mainly used to investigate the status situation of all 285 students in the seventh grade to understand the performance of the seventh grade students.In view of the problem two,mainly according to the results of the current situation investigation and the actual teaching situation,the targeted teaching strategy of cultivating the computing ability is put forward specifically.In view of problem 3,the two-group experiment method was mainly used to study 78 seventh grade students.Among them,the experimental class 39 students for three months of teaching intervention,control class 39 seventh grade students did not implement any teaching intervention,finally the two classes of students mathematical computing ability to test,the purpose is to test the study based on the teaching strategy designed teaching case can effectively improve the seventh grade students’ mathematical computing ability.In view of the above problems,this paper mainly obtains the following conclusions through research and analysis:First: the current seventh grade students’ overall mathematical computing ability is relatively weak.There are common problems in three aspects of mathematical arithmetic understanding ability,mathematical proposition application ability and mathematical simplified operation ability.It is very important to cultivate the seventh grade students’ mathematical operation ability to develop the students’ mathematical literacy.The cultivation of the mathematical operation ability in the seventh grade students should be valued by the mathematics educators.Second: effective teaching measures can cultivate the seventh grade students’ mathematical operation ability.Through teaching measures such as "inquiry arithmetic-clear algorithm","variant practice,classified discussion","cultivation of mathematical thinking quality",the overall improvement of mathematical operation ability of seventh grade students is promoted.
