Research On Collaborative Training Mechanism Of Innovative And Entrepreneurial Talents In Finance And Economics Majors In Secondary Vocational School

Carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education and cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents is an inevitable measure to raise the "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" into a national strategy.It is also the endogenous driving force for China to implement an innovation-driven strategy and build an innovative country.The training of financial and economic innovation and entrepreneurship talents in secondary vocational schools is a systematic project,which requires multi-subject participation and jointly builds a collaborative training mechanism for innovative and entrepreneurial talents.This paper uses human capital theory,triple helix theory and synergy theory to conduct a survey from the actual situation of Fuzhou secondary vocational schools,through the questionnaire survey method and interview method,taking the secondary vocational schools with the focus of finance and business majors in Fuzhou as an example.This paper analyzes the current situation of co-cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in finance and economics majors in Fuzhou Vocational Schools,and draws the current co-cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship talents in secondary vocational schools: weakening of safeguard mechanism,weakening of coordination mechanism,loose binding mechanism and lack of evaluation and supervision mechanism.Exploratory research is carried out based on the existing practical problems,and the ways and paths of improving the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship of financial students in secondary vocational schools are explored.The methods includes the combination of the first classroom and the second classroom,interdisciplinary and interdisciplinary cross-cultivation,and the principal is responsible for The multi-departmental collaboration in the school is coordinated;the paths includes the deep participation of the government and enterprises in the whole process of secondary vocational education,the sharing of educational resources by the school and government,the collaborative training of the teaching staff,and the international exchange and cooperation platform.Finally,a cooperative training mechanism for innovation and entrepreneurship talents in finance and economics in Fuzhou City was constructed,including improving the guarantee mechanism,establishing a synergy mechanism,strengthening the restraint mechanism and implementing the evaluation and supervision mechanism.
