The development of vocational education in China is an indispensable part of China’s education.The classroom is the main place for tourism secondary vocational students to learn knowledge,and it is the key to improving the ability of secondary vocational students.At present,the field of education is in the initial stage of development,and how to allow secondary vocational students to achieve development in the classroom is a difficult problem at present.Based on the comprehensive implementation of the three comprehensive education of people,moral cultivation,readability and application and integration,integration of theory and operation in one,teaching as one,and emphasis on practical education,in order to break through the current development dilemma of secondary vocational education tourism service and management and the related problems of mismatch between secondary vocational education and student development,CDIO theory provides a new development path for improving the way vocational colleges cultivate talents in tourism,which is a new teaching mode based on the concept of integration of industry and education and government-school-enterprise cooperation.Through CDIO theory,teachers and students can be effectively improved in the classroom,continuously learn knowledge and master skills,gradually build the "three haves" classroom of middle vocational work,realize the establishment of useful content,the interesting process of gathering learning attention,effective evaluation and learning satisfaction,and then cultivate tourism talents who adapt to the development of tourism attractions and social development in middle vocational tourism service and management.This study is based on the CDIO theory application of the secondary "Tourism Scenic Area Service" course,the main contents include: research on domestic and foreign literature,summarize literature review.Determine the main content and methods of the research,and improve the overall research ideas.Summarize relevant concepts and theories to lay a foundation for subsequent research.In order to analyze the teaching status of the middle vocational "Tourist Attraction Service" course,the interview method is first used to analyze the current teaching status of teachers,and then the questionnaire method is used to analyze the relevant situation of students’ learning effects,and on this basis,the relevant content is summarized.Construction of teaching process of middle-level vocational "Tourist Attraction Service" course based on CDIO theory.Determine the front-end analysis of "Tourism Scenic Area Service",including teaching objects,teaching objectives and teaching content,and then use CDIO theory to construct the teaching process,conceptualize,design,implement and apply the four links of interlinked,and conduct teaching evaluation.Provide a systematic and theoretical teaching process for the course of "Tourist Attraction Service".The experimental method was used to test the feasibility of applying CDIO theory to the course of "Tourist Attraction Service" of secondary vocational tourism,and the experimental object was two tourism management classes of J Tourism Secondary Vocational School in Jiangxi Province.Design the specific teaching process from the front-end design of teaching,and conduct teaching evaluation for the process.In the teaching experiment experiment,relevant data were collected,software was used to analyze the data,the data was pre-tested and post-tested,and the relevant development countermeasures were analyzed from a professional perspective combined with the student satisfaction questionnaire.After research,based on the interview analysis of teachers and the questionnaire survey of students,we concluded that most people are optimistic about CDIO,which is feasible in secondary vocational classroom teaching and is the development trend and trend of secondary vocational education.Experimental studies have found that CDIO theory can promote the development of secondary vocational "Tourist Attraction Service" course,greatly improve the enthusiasm of teachers and students,and make the practical teaching design more reasonable.Therefore,through empirical research development,under the CDIO concept,it has achieved results in the cultivation of students’ practical ability,faculty development and curriculum practice projects,contributing to the cultivation of high-quality tourism development talents in the new era.
