Biology curriculum standards and textbooks in junior and senior high schools are related,but there is often a certain "discontinuity" phenomenon in the actual teaching process.How to improve the connection between junior and senior high school biology teaching is a common concern of biology teachers.At present,most of the research on teaching connection focuses on connection content and connection strategy,and there are few studies analyzing specific teaching methods applied to teaching connection.Micro-lecture have the characteristics of short time,refined content,intuitive and vivid,etc.,as a new teaching method,its application to teaching can stimulate students ’learning enthusiasm and learning autonomy,and improve teaching efficiency.Therefore,this study attempts to combine micro-lecture with teaching connection,and for the purpose of assisting teaching connection,make micro-lecture of knowledge review type and apply it to biology teaching in senior high school,so as to explore the effect of micro-lecture in biology teaching connection in junior high school and explore effective ways to solve the problem of teaching connection.This study adopts the methods of literature research,investigation and action research.First of all,use the literature research method to summarize the relevant theories and research status of micro-lecture and teaching connection.Through the analysis of the literature,it is found that applying micro-lecture to teaching connection can not only play the value of micro-lecture,but also promote the completion of teaching connection work,However,the application research of micro-lecture in biology teaching connection is still rare.Secondly,students’ learning and teachers’ teaching are understood through questionnaires and teacher interviews.The results show that most of the students are still interested in biology after entering high school,but there are some problems such as maladjustment in learning,forgetting the knowledge in middle school,and not adjusting the way of thinking and learning habits in time;Students are unfamiliar with micro-lecture,but are willing to try to use micro-lecture to assist review;Senior high school teachers have paid attention to the problem of teaching connection,but due to various factors,the connection work has been difficult to complete,and the application of micro-lecture in actual teaching is very few.Them think it can be tried to apply micro-lecture in the biology teaching of junior high school.Finally,based on the knowledge points of junior and senior high school biology teaching connection,and for the purpose of promoting teaching connection,three micro-lecture articulation cases of "cells are basic living systems" "prokaryotic cells and eukaryotic cells" and "molecules that make up cells" were made to apply to practical teaching,and the effect evaluation was carried out.The learning of students in the control group and the experimental group showed differences under the significance level of P<0.05,and the score increase of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the learning of the students was improved.By summarizing the function and use suggestions of micro-lecture in the connection of biology teaching in junior and senior high schools,the application limitations are reflected.Based on the results of this study,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)It is feasible to apply micro-lecture to the connection of middle and high school biology teaching.(2)To a certain extent,micro-lecture can promote the connection between middle and high school biology teaching.(3)The design of micro-lecture needs to be interesting and life-oriented.
