| The demand for applied technical talents in industrial robots in China is increasing,and cultivating high-quality technical talents in robotics to meet the needs of social and economic development has become a crucial issue in vocational education today.In response to the needs of enterprises for skilled personnel in industrial robots,secondary vocational schools have successively opened majors related to industrial robots.With the reform and development of vocational education,the educational concept of "integrating theory and practice" has currently been widely recognized.In the teaching of industrial robots in secondary vocational schools,there are some objective constraints in the integration of theory and practice,which restrict its full implementation.In the context of educational informatization 2.0,the rapid development of virtual simulation technology and the increasingly in-depth study of the concept of “integrating theory with reality” have provided new ideas and methods for industrial robot education in secondary vocational schools.This study takes “Operation and Programming of Industrial Robots” in secondary vocational schools as the research object,and aims to explore how to apply the concept of“integrating theory with reality” to the teaching of industrial robots in secondary vocational schools,providing a new teaching perspective for secondary vocational education.Through interviews and questionnaires,we learned about the teaching situation of industrial robot technology application specialty,and found that there are shortcomings in the teaching equipment and student learning efficiency of this course.Aiming at the existing problems,the feasibility analysis of applying the concept of integrating theory with reality to the “Operation and Programming of Industrial Robots” is conducted.Based on constructivist learning theory,situational theory,and action oriented teaching theory,and guided by the concept of “integration of theory,virtual reality,and reality”,the teaching design and practice of “Operation and Programming of Industrial Robots” were carried out.“Industrial robot palletizing operation and simulation” is selected as a teaching case.The research results show that the “integration of theory,virtual reality,and reality”teaching model can effectively improve students’ learning interests and achievements,enhance their professional abilities,and achieve the goal of educating people. |
