The teaching knowledge and experience are fairly significant for teachers to ameliorate entire quality of education. However, most of teaching staff have regional or personal difference at varied degree. Therefore, the only method to reduce these disparity is communication sharing by teachers. The different structure for the same lesson acts the new sharing model in order to synthesize teachers’ communication, and it also applies to lots of regions and educational institutions. A number of scholars continue to figure out its practice and theory. Nevertheless, the most of interrelated literatures merely focus on its specific activities, analytical summaries, entire process and interpretation of terms definition. Not only all of these documents provide unconvinced analysis without thorough theoretical framework, but also the documents don’t supply effective advice for DSFSL. Consequently, The rest of study are based on the analysis of all of problems which mentioned above. This study devotes to figure out the scope of DSFSL’s theory with analytical comparison and efficient factors. On the other hand, the study will fix current situation in order to furtherly improve this theory.Therefore, this study selects the typical video tapes of the whole process of the DSFSL activities with detailed analysis and transfers the entire contents into text message. Then, through qualitative research method,the research determines the DSFSL process is a kind of knowledge management. On this basis, and based on the theory of SECI knowledge management performance indicators and influencing factors,we use the statistical methods of the analysis of variance, chi-square, and regression analysis for further analysis to explore whether the DSFSL can effectively transfer, share and create teachers’ knowledge. We found the related influencing factors that affect the effective degree.The result of research: 1. The DSFSL’s managerial process is overall features of structural factors. 2. DSFSL theory could effectively achieve qualified standard and transfer teaching knowledge. 3. According to SECI model, the index will show prominent difference and find out significant influence for entire process. In addition,the index could also figure out how relevantly the prediction and factors associate.All of research results above could consider as an effective model to promote thecommunication between teaching knowledge. Moreover, it furtherly permeates,expands and applies DSFSL’s theory through the whole scope. For any subsequent events of DSFSL, this theory makes teaching knowledge more efficient to transfer,and support abundant suggestions to ameliorate entire education quality.
