| In recent years,with the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,sports undertakings have also made continuous progress,which has further enhanced people’s demand for quality of life,especially in health and sports,which are increasingly loved and valued by the public.With the release of a series of policy documents,various sports projects have achieved certain results in the popularization of national fitness due to the impact of the integration of education and education.For classroom teaching in fencing clubs,cultivating the awareness and habits of lifelong sports among students at all levels is a top priority.In order to promote the further development of fencing sports,classroom teaching in fencing clubs has also emerged a new goal based on previous teaching-to develop an evaluation system suitable for current classroom teaching in fencing clubs.This can effectively stimulate students’ interest in fencing,greatly improve their professional skills in fencing,better cultivate lifelong sports awareness and habits,and provide theoretical basis and evaluation tools for classroom teaching evaluation of fencing clubs.This article uses research methods such as literature review,Delphi method,mathematical statistics method,and observation method to explore the classroom teaching evaluation index system of fencing clubs in China as a main content.After three expert consultation sessions,a final evaluation index of classroom teaching of fencing clubs was obtained.Then,using the method of statistical weighting,the weights of various indicators were assigned,and finally a classroom teaching evaluation index for fencing clubs was established.Finally,an empirical study was conducted on the evaluation index system,which was divided into two parts: In the first part,two fencing club coaches were selected,and the teaching plans of six classes were individually observed and evaluated using a self-designed evaluation scale.The reliability of the two raters was tested;In the second part,I conducted a teaching evaluation and investigation using this theory in a fencing club classroom to obtain feedback information.Conduct case studies on the three lectures given by the same coach to understand two current situation and propose suggestions for improvement.The final result is:(1)This study constructs a classroom teaching evaluation index system for fencing clubs,which consists of three primary indicators(fencing teaching preparation,fencing teaching process,and fencing teaching effectiveness),There are 12 secondary indicators(fencing teaching goal design,fencing learner characteristics analysis,fencing training resource design,fencing teaching strategy design,fencing teaching evaluation design,between coaches and the environment,between coaches and students,between students and the environment,fencing classroom teaching management,students’ fencing skills and knowledge,students’ health level,and students’ training habits)and 33 tertiary indicators.(2)This study uses a statistical weighting method to assign weights to each indicator in the classroom teaching evaluation index system of fencing clubs,and sets the weighted values of three first level indicators,as follows: fencing teaching preparation(0.3667),fencing teaching process(0.4667),and fencing teaching effect(0.3500).The teaching process accounts for the largest proportion in the classroom teaching evaluation of fencing clubs,indicating that in the classroom teaching evaluation of fencing clubs,The teaching process is the most noticeable link.(3)Using a self compiled evaluation scale and a feedback questionnaire,the classroom teaching of fencing clubs was tracked and evaluated.From the survey results,it can be seen that the evaluation scale developed based on the evaluation index system can diagnose and adjust the classroom teaching of fencing clubs to a certain extent,and has strong operability.When constructing an evaluation index system for classroom teaching in fencing clubs,this study comprehensively considered the development level of fencing sports across the country,covering a wide range of topics,and the content of the index was relatively comprehensive.When conducting the classroom teaching evaluation of fencing clubs in this study,local fencing clubs need to adjust the evaluation system appropriately according to specific evaluation conditions in order to make the evaluation results more consistent with the actual situation.Therefore,fencing clubs in various regions need to be improved on the basis of evaluation in order to promote the healthy development of fencing in China. |
