| The development of special education can be used as a Level of measurement of social justice,and the professional growth of special education teachers is the basis for the development of special education.Teacher competence is the ability of teachers in educational and teaching activities,which directly determines whether they can effectively complete teaching tasks.It is necessary for teachers to carry out successful teaching and is also the primary training goal of normal universities.In the development of special education in China,there has been an increasingly prominent issue of teaching staff,and in this process,the lack of competence demonstrated by teachers in implementing teaching has also become increasingly serious.On the basis of existing research,this paper starts from the basic concept of competence and refers to Professor Xu Jianping’s "Teacher Competency Test Scale".After adjusting the questionnaire,it tests the competence of physical education teachers in special education schools.It conducts in-depth exploration and research on how to improve the competence of special education teachers,in order to provide useful reference for the improvement of the competence of special education teachers.Research shows that: 1.The competence of physical education teachers in special education schools is in a basic state of competence;2.There is a significant correlation between the competence level and performance of physical education teachers in special education schools;3.There is a significant correlation between the competence level of physical education teachers in special education schools and their teaching experience;4.There is no significant difference in the competence level of physical education teachers in special education schools of different genders and educational backgrounds.In response to the problems encountered during the investigation process,the following suggestions are proposed: 1.Improve the special education physical education major to meet the talent needs of special education schools;2.Improve the living conditions of teachers and increase their treatment;3.Strengthen on-the-job training for physical education teachers based on competency and improve the training system;4.Building an evaluation system for special education physical education teachers based on competency. |
