The support plan for rural teachers(2015-2020)clearly states that we should vigorously develop education in rural areas,promote equity in education,make high-quality education resources available to every child,and prevent the intergenerational transmission of poverty.Since the theory of competency was put forward,the research scope of competency has been expanded,from the original single field of management to the application of education.Competency includes knowledge,skills and other dimensions that can be measured with a certain reliable standard,which is closely related to the requirements of physical education teachers' posts and can be used to distinguish excellent and competent physical education teachers.This paper takes the physical education teaching competence of rural middle school physical education teachers in Honghe prefecture,Yunnan province as the research object.Take the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,Delphi method,mathematical statistics research methods of investigation,analysis and comparison of the Yunnan Honghe competency level status quo of rural middle school physical education teachers,as well as the influence of Yunnan Honghe rural middle school physical education teachers competency levels of factors in the relevant test,finally put forward promote Yunnan Honghe competency level of rural middle school physical education teachers.The research results show that:1.The overall competence level of PE teachers in rural middle schools in Honghe prefecture,Yunnan province is relatively high in the dimensions of teaching,organization and personality characteristics,all of which have reached the questionnaire level of "basic conformity",but slightly lower than 4 points in the dimensions of information collection and learning,scientific research innovation ability and professional knowledge.The level of competence is low and the hierarchy of competence is not balanced.2.The competency levels of physical education teachers in rural middle schools in Honghe prefecture,Yunnan province with different gender,teaching level and educational background did not reach significant differences in all dimensions;Male and female PE teachers,junior middle school PE teachers and senior high school PE teachers have the same level of competence.The level of competence of postgraduate PE teachers is higher than that of undergraduate PE teachers,but there is no significant difference.3.The title and the higher levels,job sizes of Honghe prefecture of Yunnan province rural middle school physical education teachers there are significant differences in the overall level of competency,and Yunnan Honghe rural middle school teachers' competence level as titles and duties,increase with the increase of the impact of Yunnan Honghe competency characteristic factors of rural middle school physical education teachers mainly lies in the teacher factor,school factor,student factor,training,competition factor,class factor and social factor4.The way to improve the competence of PE teachers in rural middle schools in Honghe prefecture,Yunnan province is to improve their professional knowledge,enhance their teaching ability,enhance their professional identity and cultivate their personality.
