| As an important symbol of teachers ’teaching level,teacher competence is the comprehensive index of school assessment and the driving force of teachers’ own development.With the continuous reform of rural education and the deepening of rural strategy,it has become urgent to improve the overall quality of the majority of rural junior middle school physical education teachers and enhance their service awareness and working ability.Junior high school physical education teachers when education body,strengthening,health,a new era of education,to promote students ’scientific core accomplishment through physical education for humanities and psychological education,promote students’ all-round development,promote the "khalid ents" in place,play sports biggest effect,improve the level of rural sports teachers’ competence is very necessary.At present,it has some practical value for the development level of some rural physical education teachers in southern Jiangxi.This paper uses literature data method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics and so on to analyze the competence of physical education teachers in ruralIn this study,the competency level of 160 rural junior middle school teachers in southern Jiangxi province reached the following conclusions:The competence of middle school physical education teachers in rural areas of southern Jiangxi includes 44 characteristic indicators.In addition,the indicators in the five dimensions of scientific research innovation,information collection and learning,organizational teaching,professional knowledge and personality characteristics were checked,and the average value was all greater between 3 and 4,which was at the middle level.The competency of rural junior high school physical education teachers in southern Jiangxi and the overall competence of rural physical education teachers is good but insufficient.Specifically,the rural physical education teachers in Gannan have poor performance in professional knowledge and skills,professional identity and values,information collection and learning processing,scientific research innovation,scientific guidance and curriculum development.The overall gender differences in physical education teachers in rural areas in southern Jiangxi are mainly reflected in information collection,professional and organizational ability,and male teachers have priority over female teachers.According to the competence theory,it is found that the teaching age increases before 7-10 years,and then reaches a certain bottleneck period with the growth of working years,and the difference in educational background is mainly reflected in the grasp of educational reform,which is closely related to the performance and professional title.Other dimensions have average gap levels.The proportion of male and female teachers in rural areas is unbalanced;lack of physical education resources;less teaching and training activities for physical education teachers;poor professional skills and comprehensive ability;and insufficient salary and welfare benefits.The main factors are: government factors,school factors,self factors,among which self factor is the core elements.The competence improvement of middle school physical education teachers in rural Gannan is to promote the teachers’ comprehensive quality and professional level,reduce the educational gap between rural and urban areas;realize the joint construction and sharing of educational resources;improve the recruitment requirements of rural physical education teachers,update the team strength,integrate innovative elements to improve the professional identity of rural physical education teachers and cultivate the cultivation of positive characteristics;strengthen the training and establish the teacher development center;improve the evaluation and improve individual professional quality. |
