Primary school is a period of growth of children,they are immature and often have deviant behaviors.The moral education about the students tend to be managed,which tends to cause students to have a negative emotional state.At present,the effect of intervention based on positive behavior supports to intervene special children’s deviant behavior is obvious,but there are few studies on the positive behavior support intervention in elementary school students ’ deviant behavior.It has important practical significance to carry out research on it and has a guiding role in the growth education of primary school students.This article uses action research methods,combined with interviews and observation methods to collect data.Three students from a primary school in W city are used as the research objects to carry out positive behavior support intervention studies for deviant behaviors,aiming to explore the implementation of positive behavior interventions for deviant behaviors in primary school students.Paths and strategies to explore the effectiveness of intervention.Based on the evaluation of behavioral function,combined with the specific manifestations of pupils’ deviant behaviors,this study analyzed the influencing factors of the deviant behaviors,analyzed the behavioral functions of deviant behaviors,and comprehensively used positive behavior-supported prior control,behavioral teaching,consequence processing and Eco-environment adjustment and other strategies,to draw up a targeted positive behavior support plan,let parents and students participate together,in order to reduce the frequency of deviant behaviors of the research subjects.The research results show that:(1)Primary school students ’ deviant behaviors are mainly manifested in classroom disruptive behavior,aggressive behavior,disobedience behavior and impulsive behavior.(2)The influencing factors of pupils’ deviant behaviors have the following levels.Primary school students’ desire to be concerned and resistance under the perception of discrimination are personal factors that affect the appearance of deviant behavior,the harmony of family relationships and family education are family factors that affect the appearance of deviant behavior;The severity of teachers and peer behavior are the school factors that influence the occurrence of deviant behavior.(3)The use of positive behavior supports/supported can effectively reduce the deviant behaviors of primary school students.The four strategies of ecological environment adjustment strategy,previous control strategy,behavior teaching strategy and consequence processing strategy can effectively reduce the deviant behavior of primary school students.It is necessary to comprehensively select intervention strategies based on specific circumstances.(4)The factors that affect the effect of deviant behavior intervention include the appropriateness of the intervention strategy,the degree of intervention by the intervener,the duration of the intervention,and the degree of participation of the research object.
