The curriculum reform of basic education is advancing deeply in the whole country,and the requirements for classroom evaluation are getting higher and higher.But there are still many problems in the real classroom teaching environment.By referring to relevant literature and based on existing research,the author has determined the subject of "evaluation of simplicity of classroom teaching for primary school teachers".Based on the Q,C elementary school as an example,through questionnaire,interview and classroom observation recording of current elementary school teachers’ classroom teaching evaluation,the paper analyses the present situation,from the Angle of the main body of classroom teaching evaluation,evaluation,evaluation goal,evaluation standard,evaluation content,evaluation method,evaluation method,the evaluation function of eight dimensions of study;The paper consists of five parts as follows.The first part is the introduction,mainly including: the reason of topic selection,research significance,research status,theoretical basis and core concept definition,research design.The second part is the design and implementation of the survey,which mainly expounds the selection of the survey object,the design and implementation of the survey tools,and the analysis of the survey results.The third part is the problems existing in the evaluation of classroom teaching of primary school teachers--the simplicity problem,which is embodied as follows: The main body of classroom teaching evaluation is one-sided,the objective is one-sided,the evaluation standard is single,the content is simple and abstract,the evaluation method is single,the evaluation means is monotonous,and the duality of the evaluation function of classroom teaching is ignored.The fourth part is the reasons for the simplicity of classroom teaching evaluation of primary school teachers.The main reasons are as follows: Influenced by traditional education concept,students under the influence of teachers’ authority,the influence of examination-oriented classroom assessment view,teachers ignore the students’ individual differences,teachers classroom teaching evaluation ability is relatively weak,lack of training classroom teaching evaluation,teachers do not take the nonverbal classroom teaching evaluation,teacher evaluation negative function lack of awareness.The fifth part is the improvement strategy for the simplicity of classroom teaching evaluation of primary school teachers,including: changing the traditional evaluation concept of teachers,promoting the diversification of evaluation subjects;Establishing democratic evaluation environment from one-way evaluation to two-way evaluation;Set up corresponding classroom teaching evaluation idea,move toward evaluation target correspondence;Respect individual difference of students,carry on corresponding evaluation;Improve the skills of teacher evaluation,and move towards specific and general correspondence;Do well in the training and supervision of classroom teaching evaluation,and move towards the correspondence between evaluation methods and content;From the emphasis on language evaluation to the correspondence between language and non-language evaluation;From the positive function of emphasis on evaluation to the correspondence between positive and negative functions.
