Teaching reform of the course in constant innovation, advancing with the times, music curriculum reform also in unceasingly thorough, the majority of primary and secondary school music teacher in the new curriculum under the guidance of the thoughts, teaching behavior occurred many changes, find the most suitable for students to learn the way in teaching, music curriculum showing unprecedented vigor and vitality. The curriculum view of the students as the core of the students has already formed a kind of consensus in the teachers. On the basis of the new curriculum, how to improve the efficiency of each class, how to stimulate the students heart of music resonance.Music classroom evaluation is to collect the information of teaching and learning in music curriculum teaching, according to the purpose and principles of music teaching, it is a comprehensive study of the whole music curriculum teaching and value judgment. Music teaching evaluation design, such as teaching process, teaching method, students’ music learning situation, is an important part of the teaching process. And the "Seven Star" evaluation method is the recognition of students in the learning process, and the "five stars" is also in the process of teaching, the evaluation method came into being. In Yichang province Hubei City experimental junior high school advocated the "Star" evaluation system as the basic research background, using questionnaire survey, case study method, the empirical analysis method, empirical analysis method, (2) music teaching evaluation method; (3) new music classroom teaching evaluation method; (5) the music classroom, "five stars" distribution strategy, etc.. Through the study, the new round of curriculum reform task is to change the students’ learning methods, so that each student can be fully developed, and improve their comprehensive quality, to lay the foundation for the development of students, so that every student can use the effective way to lifelong learning, and truly promote the curriculum reform. This paper focuses on the exploration in the school to carry out Star Award Evaluation Method and combining with the author’s experience in teaching practice, it tries to find out the feasible classroom evaluation method and the traditional teaching evaluation standard "re division of suicide", "teachers light science into new, pay attention to the student multi-dimensional degree evaluation method, to improve the enthusiasm of all students to learn.
