| The unified version of the primary school Chinese textbook adopts the "trinity" reading teaching system of intensive reading,skimming and extracurricular reading.Skimming is a bridge between intensive reading and extracurricular reading.From the third grade,skimming texts has become an important part of reading teaching in the unified edition textbooks,and the proportion increases with the growth of grades.The teaching of skimming texts focuses on students as the main body,aiming to train students to migrate and use the methods learned in intensive reading texts to test the mastery of "language elements",and at the same time,apply these methods flexibly to extracurricular reading to expand students’ reading space,improve reading ability.The unified edition of textbooks also pays more attention to the distinction of course types when compiling,so that intensive reading courses and skimming courses have different functions.But in the actual teaching process,the real teaching value of skimming texts has not been brought into full play.In many cases,the teaching of skimming texts is prone to two extremes of "casualization" or "intensive reading".Either teachers do not teach at all or teach casually,and do not provide support conditions for students’ autonomous learning,or teachers make skimming texts.Intensive reading and intensive lectures are used as intensive reading texts,ignoring the main body of students as knowledge construction.How to accurately position the skimming text and maximize its teaching value is the main problem to be solved in this research.In response to this problem,this study adopts the learning theory based on self-construction to solve it."Basic Education Curriculum Reform Outline(Trial)" puts forward: attach importance to cultivating students’ independence and autonomy,and encourage students to study actively and individually under the guidance of teachers.This is permeated with the self-construction thought of constructivism students’ learning.From the perspective of self-construction,studying the teaching of primary school Chinese skimming texts can provide theoretical support for guiding the teaching practice of Chinese skimming texts,and provide a way for students to integrate their self-construction into skimming classroom teaching.This research is based on the skimming texts of the unified Chinese textbooks,using the theory of self-construction as an analytical tool,using classroom observation,questionnaires,interviews and other research methods to investigate the current situation of skimming texts in three primary schools in Q city.And summarizes the following problems: the teaching of skimming text is casual,the teaching of skimming text is intensive,the teaching mode of skimming is rigid,and the evaluation of skimming teaching is simplified.Through the combination of theoretical analysis and practical investigation,this study explores the reasons behind the problems: teachers’ skimming teaching concept is backward,and they have not established a skimming teaching concept based on students’ self-construction;skimming teaching goal orientation deviation;lack of curriculum Accurate interpretation of standards and in-depth study of skimming texts.The training of school teachers lacks pertinence and effectiveness,and there are few teaching and research activities for skimming texts.In addition,students’ own lack of self-learning ability and other reasons are also worthy of attention.Finally,this study proposes corresponding optimization strategies.At the teacher’s level,the teaching concept should be updated to awaken students’ subject consciousness.Teachers should deeply analyze the requirements related to students’ autonomous learning and skimming in the Chinese curriculum standards,carefully study primary school Chinese textbooks,and incorporate self-constructed teaching methods in the process of classroom teaching.Skimming teaching mode.At the school level,professional training for language teachers should be strengthened to help teachers clarify the teaching concept of skimming texts;provide abundant teaching resources and create excellent teaching examples of skimming texts.This research expects that in the process of skimming teaching,under the autonomous learning space given appropriate guidance by teachers,students can consciously and autonomously link the knowledge in the skimming text with the knowledge learned in the intensive reading text,reorganize,convert and Create knowledge,realize the transfer of knowledge and the construction of meaning of text.Teachers can truly teach students to study independently,gradually cultivate students’ autonomous reading ability,promote students’ independent construction of Chinese knowledge,improve Chinese literacy,and promote students’ comprehensive,harmonious and individual development.In order to truly realize the teaching value of skimming texts,and implement the intention of textbook compilation. |
