Ancient poetry is the treasure of the splendid culture of the Chinese nation.Through concise language,it expresses the sincere feelings and profound thoughts of ancient Chinese people.Despite the changes of time and times,the positive content of ancient poetry,as the spiritual heritage accumulated by the Chinese nation for thousands of years,has been nourishing generations of Chinese descendants.As education classics,those timeless wisdom embodied in them need to be treated well and carried forward,so as to maximize the benefits of education and promote the development of students.There are abundant life education resources in ancient poems in junior high school Chinese textbooks.First of all,there are many books containing rich life education content;Secondly,the authors of many ancient poems themselves are models of life education for students.Students can understand the life course,thoughts and sighs of the author by appreciating the excellent classical poems and having a dialogue with the ancient poems.This is actually a heart-to-heart dialogue process with the author and his works.In this process,students use their whole life to embrace another whole life as the reading object,so as to observe the reality and get the perception of nature,life and life.Therefore,it is important to study life education in junior middle school ancient poetry.The study first combed through the current status of research on life education in junior high school ancient poetry teaching and explored the feasibility of implementing life education in junior high school ancient poetry teaching.On this basis,the study used observation,literature analysis,text analysis,and questionnaire to investigate the current status of life education teaching in junior high school ancient poetry teaching from five aspects:teachers’ and students’ understanding of life education,teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching methods,and teaching evaluation of life education in junior high school ancient poetry teaching.The study found that there are five problems in the current teaching of life education in junior high school ancient poetry teaching:teachers’ varying degrees of understanding of life education,poorly designed teaching objectives,inadequate excavation of teaching contents,inappropriate use of instructional methods,and the lack of immediate evaluation of the phenomenon.As a result,many problems arise:students have fewer learning paths and less motivation to learn;poorly designed teaching objectives and poor implementation;low integration of teaching contents and low relevance to reality;single teaching method and urgent need for innovation;insufficient depth of classroom evaluation and limited evaluation subjects.The reasons are that teachers pay insufficient attention to life education in junior high school ancient poems,teaching objectives ignore the learning situation;teaching contents are not sufficiently explored and teachers themselves have superficial understanding of them;teaching methods are old-fashioned and ignore students’expression demands;teaching evaluation lacks atmosphere and teachers do not care enough.The study will combine the traditional Chinese philosophy of life ideas,organize the life education contents in the ancient poems of middle school language from four dimensions:man and self,man and others,man and society,and man and nature,and propose reasonable life education ways:first,strengthen teachers’ life education theoretical study and improve teachers’ teaching ability for life education of ancient poems.Second,to clarify life education goals and respect students’ life experiences.Third,the teaching content becomes a system,and the resources for life education are explored.Fourth,insist on students’ main body and enrich life education methods,and fifth,advocate diversified life education evaluation and pay attention to students’ growth comprehensively.Based on the optimization strategy,the study designed specific teaching cases to make the research more operational,hoping that the research can provide reference and reference for future research on life education in teaching ancient poetry in junior high schools.
