In the era of informatization and technology,the rapid development of information technology has made information technology products represented by smart phones a necessity in people’s lives today.But at the same time,due to the degeneration of their own body functions and the increasingly difficult operation of smartphone technology,most elderly groups still have many difficulties in adapting to intelligent technology.They often encounter various difficulties in learning smartphones and do not fully enjoy it.With the efficiency and convenience brought by the Internet,it is difficult to keep up with the pace of the digital age.Learning to use smartphones can help the elderly effectively solve the problem of difficult application of intelligent technology,avoid being disconnected from the digital society,and at the same time can reduce loneliness,expand social support network,and improve the quality of life in old age.Based on the "digital anti-epidemic" project practice of M social work organization in Shenyang,this study uses questionnaires and in-depth interviews to learn about the smartphone usage of most rural migrants in community J in Shenyang,and finds that there is a relative level of knowledge among them.Multiple weaknesses such as low level and weak technical adaptability.During the interview,it was found that most of the rural elderly people in J community urgently need to learn the operation of smart phones to follow the footsteps of the Internet age,so as to narrow the distance from the information society.Focusing on the theory of empowerment,this study uses the professional method of group work to design a six-session activity plan that fits the theme of the group,and explores how to empower the life of the rural elderly from the technical level.By using the theory of empowerment,social workers aim to guide team members to help each other and learn the operation of smartphone APP technology,so as to enjoy the convenience brought by smartphones and improve the current situation of poor technical adaptation of the elderly.The study found that learning intelligent technology operations represented by smartphones can empower the elderly in terms of information,expression,relationship,action and other aspects of daily life.By encouraging mutual assistance and support among peer groups of the elderly,it can enhance their self-confidence,enhance their sense of well-being and sense of community belonging,thereby helping to improve the quality of life in their later years and adapt to the digital lifestyle in the Internet age.The ultimate goal is to allow the elderly to gradually adapt to the digital and intelligent information society,narrow the "digital divide" to a certain extent,and better achieve the goal of active aging. |
