The problem of juvenile delinquency has always been a hot issue of social concern.With the development of social and cultural diversification,the traditional family structure model has been impacted,and the reasons for juvenile delinquency gradually show the characteristics of diversity and complexity.It is urgent for professional forces to intervene to solve the particularity of individual crime.At present,in the context of social governance,all parts of the country are trying to explore multi-dimensional judicial help and education model for minors,trying to introduce the power of social work and other social organizations to intervene in the field of view,help and education for minors involved in crimes.The intervention of social work forces in the field of juvenile judicial help and education has undoubtedly injected new vitality into the correction work.Narrative therapy,as a classic service model of social work,can help the service objects rewrite their life stories,explore exceptional events through the externalization of problems,guide them to re-examine themselves and obtain a new life experience,which has certain advantages in helping minors involved in crimes to improve cognitive deviation and correct bad behavior.Based on the author’s experience as a judicial social worker in J County People’s Procuratorate,this study selected a male minor who had been in contact with the crime of picking quarrels and provoking troubles during his internship as the research object by consulting a large number of domestic and foreign literatures.Relevant information of the subject was collected by interviewing and observation methods to evaluate his needs and problems.Finally,narrative therapy was adopted to intervene and correct his aggressive behavior.The entire process is divided into practice listening to the old narrative,externalizing problems,find the exception events,rewrite the story,and consolidating effect five stages,and the service object and their parents around important others conducted in-depth interviews,to help the service object to clarify the deep reason of aggressive behavior problems,using the narrative therapy such as somatization,deconstruction,the witness of important skills,Stimulate the determination and motivation of the service objects to change,gradually weaken the negative impact of the old narrative,develop positive self-narrative,build a new positive image,make the service objects gradually get rid of aggressive behavior,and achieve the intervention goal of this practice.Through the practical process,the author draws the following conclusions: First,narrative therapy can fully stimulate the potential of minors involved in crime,so that the service object can obtain the power of self-change;Second,the positive cooperation between parents of juvenile delinquents in the help and education services can promote the benign communication and interaction between parents and children,so that the juvenile delinquents get more family support,and strengthen the effect of help and education services;Thirdly,the combination of a variety of social work methods can effectively meet the needs of service objects from different dimensions,improve the problems of service objects,and effectively improve the quality of service.Fourthly,narrative therapy can greatly reduce the guilt of minors involved in crimes,improve their sense of self-identity,maintain the self-esteem and "face" of minors,and enhance the determination and motivation to change.Fifthly,narrative therapy can also achieve the effect of behavior correction by correcting the cognitive deviation of juveniles involved in crimes,and can provide practical reference for social workers who encounter similar problems in the field of judicial assistance and education.
