| The issue of juvenile delinquency has always been the focus of social attention,and how to correctly guide juvenile delinquency has become a hot topic of academic discussion.In recent years,under the advocacy of the concept of“education,probation,and rescue”,community correction is increasingly applied to the field of juvenile delinquency due to its characteristics of non custodial punishment.At the same time,the professional embedding of social work in the judicial field also provides a good opportunity for its involvement in juvenile community correction,but it is still in the exploration stage and relevant intervention experience still needs to be accumulated.This article takes juvenile community correction objects as the research object,and combines with typical cases of social work intervention to correct the deviant behavior of juvenile community correction objects.It explores the effective experience of social work intervention in solving the deviant behavior correction of juvenile community correction objects under the narrative therapy mode,helping the community to correct the deviant behavior that occurs in daily life,passing the community correction stage,and smoothly returning to society.This article explores the application prospects of social work in the localization of clinical practice models in China under the narrative therapy model,while providing empirical references for the self development of juvenile community correction objects and the further development of their professional practice work.This study is based on the community correction work of a county level city in H Province,using the narrative therapy model as an intervention framework,and provides community correction services for the minor community correction object Xiao Gang.It includes professional processes such as old narrative analysis,problem externalization,finding exceptions,narrative reconstruction,and important others’ testimony.The study adopted a case study approach as a whole,and collected data through narrative interviews and scales.It focused on the changes in the data before and after the service object’s measurement in each dimension of the scale and their actual changes.It explained the specific deviant behaviors of the narrative treatment model for the service object,namely,the intervention effects of fighting and troublemaking and refusing family communication.Finally,the process evaluation and result evaluation were conducted,Summarize and reflect on the advantages and disadvantages of using narrative therapy model to intervene in the correction of deviant behavior among juvenile community correction objects in this article.Research has found that the narrative therapy model,based on each person’s unique life story,seeks for endogenous motivation and effective entry points to promote the change of service objects from individual social experience,and has broad application prospects in the field of juvenile community correction.Indeed,it has good intervention effects on the correction of deviant behaviors of juvenile community correction objects.This research finding provides an important practical reference for grassroots community correction,is a typical example of social work intervention and judicial collaboration to jointly achieve the goal of correction work,and is of great significance in "educating,influencing,and saving" juvenile community correction objects,strengthening juvenile judicial protection,and jointly guiding minors to return to society.Further,more situations that meet the needs of social work intervention also require judicial social workers to apply different intervention models and accumulate theoretical perspectives and practical experience in the field of juvenile community correction,with a view to solving the practical difficulties of more juvenile community correction objects through social work intervention and helping them achieve their own good development. |
