Case Intervention Study On Social Integration Of Repeated Thieves After Releas

With the continuous development of China’s economy,the control of crime rate has always been an important and effective way to ensure social stability and harmony.From the social statistics data in recent years,there are a large number of people released from prison to return to society in all provinces and cities every year,and the people released from prison as a vulnerable group in the edge of the mainstream society.Due to their own defects and problems,lack of family care,as well as social people’s prejudice and discrimination against the released prisoners,it is easy to cause the released prisoners to go back to the road of crime.It is an important research field of social work to explore the social return and integration of ex-convicts.In this paper,we study in the "win-win" concept under the guidance of social work,the social work knowledge and skills as the foundation,in view of the of the particularity of the rehabilitation personnel,combined with relevant theoretical guidance as well as the related research progress and achievements at home and abroad,provide adequate social services for the rehabilitation staff,help rehabilitation personnel to reintegrate into society in the process of the problems and difficulties,To reconstruct the self-cognition of the ex-convicts and effectively link social resources,and to achieve the research purpose of seeking effective ways for the ex-convicts to integrate into society by analyzing the case practice of stealing the ex-convicts’ case intervention.In this paper,literature research method,case study method,case interview and other research methods are adopted to carry out the subject research on the social integration of ex-convicts by taking the case study of the ex-convicts involved in the case study of the ex-convicts involved in the case study of the ex-convicts in DISTRICT D of N City.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction to complete the current social background of the released prisoners in China and the literature review of the social integration and case intervention of the released prisoners at home and abroad,and establish the research significance,research methods and main framework.The second part completes the analysis of related concepts and theoretical basis to lay the theoretical foundation of this paper.The third part is an analysis of the current situation,existing problems and actual needs of the social integration of the released criminals of repeated theft in Y community,D district,N City.The fourth part is the overall research process of social service case intervention,carrying out the practical work of case reception,relationship establishment,service scheme design,process implementation,evaluation and methods,case reception and follow-up,etc.The fifth part is based on the results of the previous research on the reasons and difficulties existing in the case of ex-convicts into society based on the establishment of individual level,family level and social level;The sixth part is the summary of the whole paper,as well as the shortcomings of this study and the prospect of the follow-up research.Through the combination of theory and practice,the research on the intervention system of the social integration of the ex-convicts has been completed,which provides a more detailed and complete research reference for the social work intervention and countermeasures of the social integration of the ex-convicts.
