Micro-ecosystem is an important source of social support for left-behind children in rural areas. However, the weakening of micro-ecosystem functions of most left-behind children in rural areas leads to the imperfection of their social support system. The main problems are the lack of family functions, the absence of parental care, the imperfection of school system, the inadequate supervision of community, and the lack of positive support among peer groups.Taking the "social worker mothers" accompanying and growing project of left-behind children in rural boarding schools of H Social Work Service Center as an example, this paper uses questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview method to obtain relevant data of social support for left-behind children in local areas.Through social support scale,S school is divided into family system, school system, community system, peer system and other related systems. The status quo of social support for left-behind children in rural areas was analyzed, and the lack of social support under the weakening of local micro-ecosystem function of left-behind children was understood. Then,on the basis of the professional team of "one supervision and three workers"(social work supervision + social workers, volunteers and school workers),the children's social work methods are comprehensively applied to accompany the growth of children in rural boarding schools, and the "physical, mental, social and intellectual" development of left-behind children is promoted locally in the form of individual cases, groups and communities, and the social support network for left-behind children is constructed and perfected to improve its minimal level.View the ecosystem, help the left-behind children to complete the restoration of family roles, school system improvement, community resource expansion, and strengthen peer interaction,so as to promote the healthy growth of left-behind children in local rural areas.Through the professional social worker training of school life teachers and volunteers and demonstration of social worker activities, this paper explores a new mode of accompanying and serving left-behind children in poverty-stricken rural areas in the implementation of the project.
