Research On Team Building Of Social Work Service Projects From The Perspective Of Group Dynamic

In line with the trend of the times,the integration of social work service projects is growing,and social work project team building will receive more and more attention,not only to focus on the development and improvement of social work professional capabilities within the project team,but also to Start with team building to make the project team more collectively motivated and become a better professional team.Group dynamics study the nature of the group,through the exploration of the nature of the group,to explore some laws that appear in the development process of the group,the internal dynamics existing in the group,the relationship between the group and each individual,the relationship between the group and other groups relationship,or the relationship between the group and the whole society,etc.,the purpose is to enable the team to develop better.In view of this,this paper researches and explores the development and construction process of the "three districts" project execution team in M city,analyzes the whole process of the implementation of the "three districts" project team in M city,and finds out what appears in the construction of the "three districts" project team in M city.The problem is analyzed from the perspective of group dynamics,and the research factors are analyzed in terms of overall team building,team cohesion,group pressure,group standards,personal motivation,group goals,team atmosphere,and team management professional ability that affect team dynamics.,to discuss the construction of social work service project teams,and to provide some references for the management and construction of social work service project teams,aiming to build a more professional and comprehensive social work service project team.This study reviews the rapid development process of social work service integration projectization,and finds that a series of problems have arisen in the process of team building and development of social work service project teams,mainly manifested in: insufficient group cohesion of the project team;insufficient preparation in the early stage of project implementation;The motivation is insufficient;the institutional management system is not perfect,which affects the team’s development motivation;the project team ignores the construction of group motivation and lacks team activities;the project team focuses solely on the development of social work professional ability,ignoring the professional ability building of team management,etc.In order to better enhance the construction of the project team,develop the power of the project team,and thus better build a high-efficiency project team,this paper proposes some suggestions for the construction of the social work service project team from the perspective of group dynamics theory: rationally configure the project implementation team,improve the training and supervision system;attach importance to the overall construction of the team and increase the cohesion of team members;rationally allocate group pressure and formulate group standards;rationally use individual motivation to achieve group goals;While developing the professional ability of team social work,attach importance to the building of professional ability of team management.
