Research On The Involvement Of Group Work In Capacity-building Of Social Work Project Leaders

In the process of modernization,social contradictions and problems are becoming increasingly prominent.The traditional management mode has been difficult to meet the needs of society.After the third Plenary session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,social management changed to social governance.In the context of the purchase of social work services by the government,the government buys social work services in the form of projects,and each project needs the person in charge of the social work project to carry out the project operation.However,the quality of social work project operation is still far from the expectations of the government,so it is inevitable to build the capacity of social work project leaders.The ability of the project leader of the social work organization is an important guarantee to ensure the stable development of the organization.This study starts with the analysis of the current situation of the ability of social work project leaders in D social organization,and analyzes the current situation of project management ability,resource link and integration ability through interviews with four social work project leaders in D social organization.Through the analysis,it is found that at present,the project management ability of the person in charge of the social work project is out of touch with the practice of the project,the project supervision is not timely,the propaganda mode is single,the decision-making ability of the emergency event is lacking,and the planning of the project scheme is lacking.Lack of solutions to client problems,weak ability to link and integrate resources And so on.According to the problems existing in the project management ability and resource link and integration ability of the person in charge of the social work project,this paper analyzes the restrictive factors of the capacity construction of the person in charge of the social work project.Based on the theory of self-efficacy,this study designs six group activities,which are team building,activity publicity,activity planning,resource link and integration,according to the present situation of capacity building by using the group working method of developmental model.The purpose of project management and evaluation is to collect the information of project management ability of social work project leaders in the process of group activities.In the process of carrying out the group,the author finds that the capacity building of the person in charge of the social work project needs to be strengthened urgently,and the improvement of the capacity building system needs to be supported by many parties.After the development of the growth group,the interview method and the general self-efficacy scale were used to evaluate the effect of the team activities.The study found that through group activities,social work project leaders have a clearer understanding of the project,and their support for each other has significantly improved their self-efficacy.In the path of capacity building of social work project leaders,the author believes that the government should improve the system of social work continuing education,ensure that social work project leaders can learn the desired courses and enrich their own experience.Social work institutions should establish social work supervision model and training system,so that the ability of social work project leaders can be diversified.The person in charge of social work project should combine his own career planning and focus on the development of core competence.
