With the implementation of the poverty alleviation policy in inhospitable areas, the living environment of more and more farmers has been improved. However, the poverty alleviation workshop cannot absorb all the labor force, and some labor force has to choose to go out for employment. With the continuous output of the labor force, many relocated left-behind children have emerged. As an important means to stop the intergenerational poverty and continue to promote poverty alleviation, children’s education has always been the focus of all sectors of society. In terms of the new learning environment, the new teaching mode and the new learning content, due to the separation from the original social support network and the lack of supervision and guidance, the relocated left-behind children will inevitably have certain problems in learning performance, learning motivation, learning efficiency and other aspects, and fall into learning difficulties. As an important part of social construction, the professional service concept and skills of social work can not negligible affect the healthy growth of the relocated left-behind children. The X community in Zhenfeng County,Guizhou Province, evaluates the cause of the study, from the perspective of the study, the social work theory and theory. Finally, according to the review, analysis and reflection of the whole service process, suggestions and countermeasures are put forward from the aspects of individual, family, school, society and other aspects, and summarized and reflected. It is hoped to arouse people’s attention and thinking on the study and education of the relocated left-behind children, and promote the healthy development of the relocated children.
