With the report of the 20 th National Congress proposing to "comprehensively promote the revitalization of the countryside,adhere to the priority development of agriculture and rural areas,consolidate and expand the results of poverty eradication,and accelerate the construction of a strong agricultural country",the construction of agricultural talents has become an important task in the new era.In the meantime,the rapid growth and update of knowledge and information in the context of the knowledge economy makes it necessary for talents to learn continuously and efficiently in order to stay at the forefront of their own industry development.Therefore,as a representative group in China’s modern rural construction,the state of learning power of new vocational peasants is related to their long-term career development and comprehensive improvement of quality.On the basis of clarifying the structure of new professional peasants’ learning power,the study investigates new professional peasants in several cities in China by using questionnaires and statistical analysis to gain a deeper understanding of the current situation of new professional farmers’ learning power development.The following results and conclusions are mainly drawn from the study:The learning power of new professional peasants consists of four components: learning motivation,learning perseverance,learning ability and learning innovation,each of which is relatively independent but closely related and indispensable.Learning motivation is the psychological foundation for new vocational farmers to learn,learning perseverance is the internal support for new vocational farmers to persist in completing learning,learning ability is the key to determine the learning effect of new vocational farmers,and learning innovation is the ultimate pursuit of new vocational farmers to engage in learning activities.Through the results of investigation,the learning power of new vocational peasants in China shows a positive development trend in general,and new professional farmers actively join the learning team to improve their learning power continuously.However,there are problems that need to be solved in the development of all dimensions of the new vocational peasants’ learning ability,including the overall lack of learning motivation,weak learning will,learning ability to be strengthened,the lack of learning innovation,and the great difference between different groups of new professional farmers’ learning ability.The main reasons for these problems are that new professional peasants’ learning is mainly passive,with little learning time and utilitarianism,and lack of external learning support.In order to better improve the learning power of new vocational peasants,the following measures are proposed: In the aspect of cultivating new professional farmers,we should attach importance to the difference of cultivating objects and stimulate the enthusiasm of learning;perfect the cultivation link,improve the cultivation quality;create learning environment,strengthen learning resources supply;build an exchange platform and a learning community.In the individual aspect of new professional farmers,the combination of far and far,forming a three-dimensional learning power;take it to heart,hone learning perseverance;use art to support the way,develop learning ability;apply what you learn and carry out learning and innovation.
