Women play an increasingly important role in agriculture with the rise of female consciousness,and New Female Vocational Peasants have become a topic of social concern.Therefore,this study focuses on the New Female Vocational Peasants,and how they learn to be the new vocational peasants.Based on the women's learning theory,the study centers on a core problem that how New Female Vocational Peasants learn in practice by utilizing the method of narrative inquiry,and then selects three samples(W,Z,L)to explore their learning preferences and obstacles in the process of growth.Accordingly,researcher is committed to building a helpful learning support system for female peasants' effective learning.The following findings are as follows through the analysis of the case interview text.The first is the New Female Vocational Peasants ' learning strategic preferences.They are susceptible to perceptual knowledge in the process of career choice,and build the learning relationships through the establishment of the connection type of cognition.On the learning strategies,they prefer to learning by imitation to accumulate the related knowledge and skills,while they often focus on learning by adaptation in learning goals.The second is the reason of the New Female Vocational Peasants' learning strategic preference.Compared with men,they are more likely to be affected by "emotion" in the process of career choice with the influence of family factors,and they often need to build the effective learning relationships due to limited resources of themselves.Meanwhile,they tend to imitate learning for the reason of their low selfesteem and lack of adventure.While women trust the knowledge schema,they hope to realize the adaptative learning.The third is the obstacle of the New Female Vocational Peasants' learning.Duo to the conflict between work and family,they do not have enough time to study.And they are subjected to more external pressure during the learning process with the influences of “stereotyped image”.For the restriction of communication signs,their access to learning resources is also restricted,while their learning opportunities were weakened by insufficient funds,According to the relevant findings,this study proposes the following strategies.The first is the learning strategy: to construct the social capital reasonably to acquire learning resources;to realize the balance between the female role and learning time by overcoming the related obstacles;to explore innovation in imitation learning;to have an effective action by reflection.The second is the construction of learning knowledge system: to break the stereotype and the gender yoke;to provide the courses that meet the women's learning time;to realize the knowledge transfer effectively by following the female characteristics;to get funding from the external support.
