In the knowledge economy society,learning power has become people's core competitiveness.How to help students learn to learn and how to improve the learning power of students in secondary vocational schools,which is responsible for cultivating high-quality technical talents,is an issue that urgently needs people to study.This research focuses on the learning power of secondary vocational students and its cultivation.It is expected that through the application of research methods such as literature research,questionnaire survey,interview survey and classroom observation,the current situation of the development and cultivation of secondary vocational students' learning power will be investigated,and the existing problems and reasons will be explored,and then propose corresponding improvement strategies.The thesis firstly through the retrieval and analysis of the learning power theory and other related literatures,sorting out the related concepts of learning power and its elements,and proposing a four-element model of learning power of secondary vocational students' learning motivation,learning ability,learning perseverance and learning creativity.Then,based on this,the research tools such as questionnaires,interview outlines,and classroom observation scales for secondary vocational students' learning power and its cultivation are designed.Through investigation,it is found that secondary vocational students have weak learning motivation and lack of internal learning motivation;lack of learning perseverance and easy to ignore their own potential;learning ability development is lagging,and practical ability is stronger than thinking ability;learning creativity is in the embryonic stage and lacks innovative thinking.According to the survey results of the current situation,combined with previous studies,it is analyzed that the causes of the problems in the development of secondary vocational students' learning ability include secondary vocational students' psychology,curriculum content,teacher teaching,school management,etc.Based on the above survey and related theories of psychology and pedagogy,the paper proposes the following improvement strategies: Combining learning goals and employment orientation to stimulate learning motivation of secondary vocational students;the principle of small steps is related to self-efficacy.Combination to maintain the learning perseverance of secondary vocational students;combination of learning method guidance and metacognition to enhance secondary vocational students' learning ability;combination of learning scenario creation and diversified teaching to cultivate students' learning creativity;combination of evaluation process and individualization,To promote the learning ability of secondary vocational students.
