In response to the call of the country to inherit and carry forward revolutionary culture,and in line with the basic concept of "adhering to the principle of cultivating people with virtue and enhancing cultural self-confidence" in the Chinese Curriculum Standards for General Senior Secondary Schools(2017 Edition,2020 Revision),the number of traditional Chinese revolutionary works in the unified edition of high school Chinese textbooks has increased significantly.As an important carrier of "Bacon builds the soul,enlightens wisdom and increases wisdom",giving full play to the educational function of language courses and inheriting the red genes of revolution have become the meaning of language teaching.However,how to grasp the uniqueness of revolutionary traditional works,how to regulate the balance between humanism and instrumentality,how to get rid of the emptiness of educational goals in the teaching process,the bias of educational content,and the single educational organization have become the focus of current teaching.Large unit teaching is the teaching of core competencies.It takes the"big concept" as the rule,takes the real situation and task as the core,breaks through the limitations of single articles and natural units,gives teachers and students a broader space,and allows students to achieve the advancement of thinking quality and the development of comprehensive ability in the completion of activities and tasks.This paper will be guided by the relevant theories of large-unit teaching,try to break the traditional teaching methods of traditional works of the Chinese revolution,and explore an effective teaching model that is more in line with the concept of the new curriculum reform.The main body of the paper consists of five parts.The first is the introduction part,which mainly introduces the research origin,topic selection significance,related research results and research methods of this paper,and introduces the research ideas and innovations.The first chapter provides an overview of the issues related to traditional Chinese revolutionary works and large-unit teaching,mainly including the definition of the concept of revolution and revolutionary traditional works,the theoretical basis of large-unit teaching,and the feasibility analysis of the combination of the two.Chapter 2 analyzes the quantity,arrangement,style,and content of revolutionary traditional works in the unified edition of high school Chinese textbooks,and analyzes the characteristics of the textbooks.Chapter 3 discusses the current situation of teaching revolutionary traditional works in high schools and the possibility of implementing large-unit teaching,finds practical problems through student questionnaires and teacher interviews,and gives solutions to them.Based on the above research and discussion,the fourth chapter will take Lu Xun’s works as an example to carry out large-unit teaching design,and present the design ideas,design schemes and implementation suggestions for large-unit teaching of revolutionary traditional works.
