| Language abilities and behavioral competence for children aged 3-6 are still in development.They mainly use them to understand the things around them and explore and learn from the outside world through their body movements.During the age of 3-6,children will form a variety of basic movement skills,this stage to promote the movement development will benefit children for life.Compared with the traditional ball or dance sports activities,the children’s balance car course,as a new sport designed for children aged 2-6,fits the nature of children in "playing" and is favored by the majority of parents.The purpose of the study is to explore the effects of the balance car movement of children on the change of the large motor movement of 3-6 year old,and we provide a theoretical and experimental support to encourage the development of large movements in children.It is intended to be a reference to selection and guidance of daily physical activity contents.The language and behavior abilities of children aged 3 and 6 are still in the development stage.They mainly use body movements to understand the things around them and explore and learn the outside world through body movements.Children will form a variety of basic movement skills during the age of 3-6,and this stage of promoting their motor development will benefit children for life.Compared with the traditional ball or dance sports activities,the children’s balance car course,as a new sport designed for children aged 3-6,fits the nature of children in "playing" and is favored by the majority of parents.The purpose of the study is to explore the effects of kids’ balance on the happening of 3-6 years of age,to provide theoretical and experimental support to promote the development of rough movements of children,and to demonstrate the effect of promoting the health research of children’s body for balance of sport among children This paper aims to make reference to the selection and guidance of daily exercise contents of children.In this study,the relevant literature was searched and sorted as three basic movements with mobility ability,goods control ability and balance ability as the variables;45 experimental children and 50 children in the control group were the experimental objects;in the experimental group,10-week children balance vehicle exercise was used as the intervention method,and the control group conducted routine physical education activities in kindergarten;after the intervention,the quality scale(PGMQS),and then the data were collated and comparative analysis,and finally reached the following conclusions:1)After the child balance car movement in the 10 weeks preschool and the intervention of the daily sports activity,the child balance car movement and the daily sports activity in the kindergarten can promote the rough motion development of the3-6 year old child,and the acceleration effect of the child balance car movement for the 3-year-old child’s rough motion development is more remarkable.2)Children’s balance car movement has a significant promotion effect on the movement ability,handling ability and balance ability in the rough movements of children aged 3-6 years old,and has a better effect on the movement ability.3)The overall effect of children’s balance car movement on the development of male rough is better than that of girls,especially in the control ability is more obvious.3)The effect of children’s balance car movement on the rough movements of children in the 3-year-old group is better than that of the 4-year-old group and the4-year-old group was better than that of the 5-year-old group.Propose:1)Children’s balance car movement can promote the development of children’s rough movements.It is suggested that when kindergartens design sports activities,they should promote the children’s balance car as a teaching means,and they need to be timely adjusted and improved according to the purpose of comprehensively promoting the development of children’s rough movements.2)Children’s balance car exercise can effectively improve children’s balance ability.It is suggested to use this project to improve and improve children’s balance ability,and lay a good foundation for children to learn cycling in the future.3)Different ages and genders have different development levels of rough movements.It is suggested that when children’s balance car training institutions design children’s balance car sports,coaches should consider the differences of children’s age and gender,and adjust the teaching activities of children’s movements development in time. |
