Under the background of vigorously promoting the development of preschool education in our country,we try to develop the children's sports program from the perspective of action development,and hope to provide some theory and practice for the development of children's sports and the construction of children's physical education curriculum.reference.Using the survey method to investigate the development of kindergarten sports activities in Kunshan City,we found the following problems:(1)The content system of kindergarten sports activities is more chaotic,manifested as a single content of activities,lack of pertinence,and less content related to the development of children's movements;2)The shortage of full-time children's physical education teachers,the lack of physical education literacy of preschool teachers;(3)The effectiveness of early childhood physical education activities is low.In the light of the above problems,the author develops the infant health promotion sport project by means of literature,mathematical statistics and experimental methods,based on the relevant knowledge of the infant stage movement development theory.Children's health promotion sports are divided into seven modules: walking,running,jumping,throwing,balance,climbing and synthesis.Each module has 10 teaching contents.Through five experimental study,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The theory of motor development is feasible as the theoretical basis for the development of 4-5 year-old children's sports.The experiment proves that the effect of health promotion sports for children is not obvious,but it can better improve the speed quality of children,and improve the coordination and sensitivity quality,at the same time,it can obviously improve the strength quality,flexibility quality and balance quality of children;(2)Health Promotion for children sports project implementation The effect is remarkable and has certain application value.The results of physical education activities in experimental class are better than those in control class.The children's interest in practice and enthusiasm of participating in activities in experimental class are better than those in control group.The children's level of action development and basic sports ability in experimental class have been greatly improved.
