| University Governance modernization is the strategic refinement and specific practice of national governance modernization in the field of higher education.As an organic part of the modernization of university governance,democratic management is an important link to promote the modernization of university governance.Students are the largest group in Colleges and universities and one of the core forces to promote the democratic management of colleges and universities.Due to the influence of participation system,participation mechanism,participation consciousness,participation ability and other factors,the degree of College Students’ participation in university governance in China is generally low.Therefore,under the background of improving the level of national modernization,discussing the participation of college students in university internal governance is not only the inevitable requirement of realizing the modernization of university governance,but also the practical demand of realizing the balance of value and power in Colleges and universities.This paper focuses on the path optimization of College Students’ participation in university internal governance in Qinghai Province.Focusing on Qinghai University,Qinghai Minzu University and Qinghai Normal University,this paper studies the path of Optimizing College Students’ participation in university internal governance.The introduction and the first chapter sort out the relevant research progress and research results at home and abroad,and define and introduce the relevant concepts and theories.The second chapter understands the current situation of College Students’ participation in university internal governance in Qinghai Province by means of questionnaires and interviews.Based on the survey data,the third chapter analyzes the main problems existing in the current participation of college students in Qinghai Province in the internal governance of the University,and combs out the problems such as the gap in participation consciousness and ability,the weak participation motivation but strong self-identity,the poor participation atmosphere and channels,the deviation between participation demand and actual participation,and the conflict between behavior intention and participation behavior,Then it analyzes the causes of the problems from the aspects of insufficient attention to the subject status of students,insufficient publicity and guidance of students’ motivation,poor environmental protection of students’ participation,unclear scope of students’ participation in governance,and limitations of students’ own participation literacy.Based on the relevant research results of academic circles and the specific situation of colleges and universities in Qinghai Province,the fourth chapter puts forward five path optimization strategies to change the concept of student participation,improve the student participation system,improve the student participation mechanism,update the student participation platform and improve the student participation literacy,so as to help college students participate in the internal governance process of the university more deeply and orderly,Promote the realization of democratic management of universities and the improvement of the modernization level of university governance. |
