| Moral evaluation literacy is one of the necessary educational qualities for primary and secondary school teachers.Among them,the moral evaluation literacy of junior high school class teachers needs to be paid special attention.This study adopts the survey method,taking junior high school class teachers in X place in Guangdong Province as the survey subjects,and deeply explores the current situation,problems and causes of moral evaluation literacy of junior high school class teachers.The study found that the moral evaluation literacy of junior high school class teachers is composed of evaluation attitude,evaluation ethics,evaluation knowledge and evaluation skills.The current situation is that the moral evaluation literacy of junior high school class teachers is moderately high,among which moral evaluation ethics is the most valued,and there is a lot of room for improvement in moral evaluation attitude.At present,the main problems are: biased evaluation cognition,insufficient respect for students,unbalanced evaluation knowledge,lack of ability to design evaluation programs,and single evaluation methods.The main reasons for these problems are the concept of "emphasizing wisdom over morality",the existence of instrumental value orientation,the lack of school supportive evaluation,the neglect of student subjectivity evaluation,the lack of awareness of professional growth of class teachers,the need to improve the evaluation of ethical literacy,the instability of pre-service training,and the low effectiveness after service.Based on the above problems and reasons,this study proposes that the improvement of moral evaluation literacy of junior high school class teachers depends on: in schools,it is necessary to create a good "moral" evaluation atmosphere,carry out professional moral evaluation literacy training,and improve the moral education evaluation guarantee system.In terms of individual class teachers,it is necessary to adhere to lifelong learning,base on evaluation practice,and improve evaluation ethics. |
