Throughout the history of evaluation in China's education, evaluation focal point has experienced a number of transfers: from Teaching Evaluation to Learning evaluation, from Summary evaluation to Procedural evaluation, from Single evaluation to Multiple evaluations. Especially, some practices that focus on the results has been criticized successively which is independent of each other and lack of internal links between the evaluation activities. Under the wave of new curriculum reform, people began to try to find a new way which not only to orient process but also to connect the evaluation activities. How to implement procedural evaluation?How to reduce the time conflict in learning process and evaluation? How to cleverly combine the evaluation and goal? This article will explore how to solve these problems by means of an evaluation timeline.Bloom's "Educational Goal Taxonomy" divides cognitive goals into six levels from low to advanced, they are knowledge, understanding, application, analysis,synthesis and evaluation. If we regard the level progressive of cognitive goals as a cognitive process of spiral rise, then we can call the cognitive process of spiral rise which occurs on the timeline sequence as a cognitive development timeline. However,if you want to achieve the cognitive development timeline of spiral rise, continuous and effective evaluation is necessary. The evaluation timeline is a spiral cognitive development curve which occurs in the time series, with the purpose of achieving cognitive target level, combines with continuous and effective evaluations. Evaluation timeline, as an application ideas used for implementing procedural evaluation, in the purpose of helping students complete the level progressive and achieving the development from low-level thinking to high-level thinking depends on the evaluation activities.In this paper, we research evaluation timeline from the perspective of application,and explore the better method for playing the role of supervise and guide learning in school of face to face environment. This study combines the connotation of evaluation and timeline firstly, then based on the procedural angle of evaluation and the dynamic characteristics of timeline, analyzed the practical characteristics of the evaluation timeline: attention to the dynamic tracking of learning, attention cognition process,focus on the achievement of goals, attention to the cyclical nature of learning and advocate spiraling rising, and so on. At the same time, in order to help readers understand the application idea, we make explanation on the relationship between the evaluation timeline and the Procedural evaluation. After analyzing the characteristics of the evaluation timeline, the author starts from the existing problems in the classroom evaluation, and combines the solutions about class teaching at home and abroad, exploring the method for introducing the evaluation timeline into the classroom teaching, in order to help teachers and students to achieve better goals and dynamic tracking.After analyzing the theoretical basis of the evaluation timeline, the author summarizes the design entry point of the evaluation timeline: attention process. focus on multiply capacity structure.focus on goals and learning cycles. Combined with Bloom's theory of learning target classification and a variety of previous evaluation methods, the evaluation of the timeline is carried out on the "Statistics and Analysis"unit of the seventh year of junior high school, and implement it in first grade (class 14)of Nanjing Jin ling Hui wen middle school. Through more than two months'classroom practice and observation, I find that the evaluation timeline has a obvious effect on improving classroom teaching efficiency and enhancing the interaction of the learning process.Based on the practice in application, and reflection on the Implementation strategy of classroom evaluation, I think there are something need to think from the following points: clear and refine learning goals, combine with the timelines and delay of evaluation, increase supportive evaluation? reduce the critical evaluation?play the learning role of evaluation?strengthen interaction with students, and so on.Evaluation timeline, as the integration of teaching and evaluation of the application ideas, it can help new teachers to sort out the idea of classroom evaluation and improve the efficiency of classroom teaching. From the long-term perspective of the development of education, information recording and feedback is the inevitable trend for achieving technical service in teaching, science and technology role in the evaluation.
