| Due to the special living environment,left-behind children are prone to mental health problems, especially loneliness.A number of studies have shown that the academic, psychological and illegal problems of left-behind children are closely related to their loneliness in varying degrees. Therefore,it is imperative to improve the loneliness of left-behind children. This paper explores the influence of large and medium intensity exercise intervention on emotional regulation self-efficacy and loneliness of left-behind children Using literature, scale measurements, experiments, mathematical statistics and other Regulatory Emotional Self-Efficacy arch tools, and finds out the appropriate exercise intensity to interfere with emotional regulation self-efficacy and loneliness of left-behind children,so as to provide effective means for exercise to improve emotional regulation self-efficacy and loneliness of left-behind children. In this paper, large and medium intensity rope skipping was used as an intervention method, and the students of grade 5 and grade 6 of Zixi Central Primary School in Qianshan County,Shangrao City were selected as the Regulatory Emotional Self-Efficacy arch objects in a cluster for 8 weeks of exercise intervention. The Self-Efficacy Questionnaire for Children’s Emotion Regulation and the Childhood Loneliness Questionnaire were used as measurement instruments before and after the experiment, respectively; The data were statistically analyzed by one-way ANOVA,Spearman correlation analysis and linear regression analysis. After Regulatory Emotional Self-Efficacy arch and analysis, the following conclusions are reached:1.Rope skipping with large and medium intensity can significantly improve the emotional regulation self-efficacy of left-behind children.Specifically, both high-intensity rope skipping exercise and medium-intensity rope skipping exercise can significantly improve the confidence of left-behind children in their emotional regulation self-efficacy in managing depression and anger, and the improvement effect of medium-intensity is significantly better than that of high-intensity;Large and medium-intensity rope skipping can not significantly improve the confidence level of left-behind children in their ability to express pride and happiness in emotional regulation self-efficacy.2.Large-and medium-intensity skipping rope has a significant improvement effect on loneliness of left-behind children, and medium-intensity intervention is better than high-intensity intervention.3.Emotional regulation self-efficacy was significantly negatively correlated with loneliness.4.Emotional regulation self-efficacy plays an intermediary role in sports intervention.Rope skipping can improve the loneliness of left-behind children by improving emotional regulation self-efficacy.We suggest that left-behind children should take moderate and moderate intensity exercise to improve their sense of emotional regulation self-efficacy,reduce loneliness, and promote mental health. |
