Research On The Construction Of Extracurricular Sports Activities For Young People And Children In Tianjin Under The Background Of The "double Reduction" Polic

The promulgation of the "double reduction" policy provides a good environment for the development of off-campus sports services.Making full use of social resources,giving full play to the role of the children’s palace,youth activity center and other positions for children’s out-of-school sports activities is an important link to improve children’s sports skills,enhance young people’s interest in sports,and ensure the implementation of the double-reduction policy.By using the method of literature,expert interview and case analysis,this paper consulted and sorted out the literature related to the field of off-campus sports activities at home and abroad,analyzed the policy guarantee,site facilities,content system,organization and management of the construction of the field of off-campus sports activities in the United States,Japan and Germany,investig ated and analyzed the current situation and existing problems of the field of off-campus sports activities for teenagers in Tianjin.Explore the countermeasures for the construction of the position of sports activities outside school for teenagers and children.This study found that the overall development trend of the field of out-of-school sports activities for teenagers in Tianjin is good,the field of out-of-school sports activities has been provided with relevant policy guarantee,the field of out-of-school sports activities relies on relatively rich facilities,the organization forms of out-of-school sports activities are diversified,and the field of outof-school sports activities for teenagers in Tianjin presents a collaborative management mode.However,there are still some problems in the development of out-of-school sports activities in Tianjin,including the imperfection of out-of-school sports service policy and the lack of service standards.Each department of the organization and management of the field of off-campus sports activities has problems such as poor communication;Compared with schools,the problems such as single fund-raising channels and weak publicity are found in the operation of youth sports clubs and communities in Tianjin.The content and form of sports activities in the field of off-campus sports activities are not rich enough.Due to the difficulty of site facilities management,the school site is not open enough,and the implementation of the open policy is not in place.With the increasing number of teenagers and children participating in off-campus sports activities in Tianjin,there are difficulties such as insufficient teaching resources such as teachers and facilities.The conclusion of this study is as follows: to establish an off-campus sports activity position for teenagers in Tianjin based on school sports venues;To further strengthen the policy guidance of the construction of Tianjin off-campus sports activity position and promote the establishment of security system;Solve the contradiction between the construction of outside school sports activities and the exercise needs of teenagers in Tianjin;In view of the chaotic organization and management of the construction of positions for off-campus sports activities in Tianjin,clear responsibilities and authority;Improve the comprehensiveness,innovation and practicability of sports activities in the field of sports activities outside Tianjin.In view of the above situation,problems and deficiencies,the following countermeasures are put forward: first,strengthen the policy guarantee of the construction of the position of off-campus sports activities;Second,to improve the organization and management of off-campus sports positions;Third,enrich the content of sports activities outside school;Fourth,strengthen collaboration among schools,communities and social organizations.In addition,increase Tianjin school sports facilities and open to the outside world.
