Evaluation is about the way of education development,and for the purpose of improving the overall innovation in the realm of higher education and increasing the ability and standards of education administration,in August 2016,the Department of Education promulgated the Guideline of the Department of Education on Enhancing the Evaluation and Assessment System Reform of Teachers in Colleges and Universities,in which it is explicitly recommended that according to the different categories of colleges and universities or the job duty and work features of different categories of teachers in colleges and universities,the assessment elements and assessment approaches should be set in a categorized,hierarchical and discipline-specific approach.The Ministry of Education has also proposed to improve the management and evaluation methods of teacher category[1].Using the running state of the teaching assessment in higher education institutes as the origin and aiming to promote teachers’of professional development,this research takes a variety of research approaches to conclude the running current state of the current higher education physical education teaching assessment and the issues that are present,and make an attribution analysis,and on the foundation of our scholars’research on core literacy of sports discipline,screens and elaborates the higher education sport teaching assessment indexes,at the same time optimization and improvement of higher education sport teaching assessment Based on the theoretical system,we also optimize the four aspects of higher vocational physical education teaching evaluation scheme of teachers’self-evaluation,students’evaluation,counterparts’evaluation and supervisors’evaluation to provide a theory basis for more standardized evaluation of physical education teaching,which is helpful to promote the implementation and practice of core literacy in physical education discipline.This study mainly includes the following research conclusions:1.To survey and study the status of implementation of sports teaching evaluation in higher education institutions.The purpose,importance,willingness to participate in teaching assessment and the accommodation and reliability of the current teaching assessment program were researched by questionnaire.The study indicate that students and teachers have a high degree of consciousness of teaching evaluation,but there are still many problems in the actual teaching evaluation process.2.Summarizing the existing of problems of higher vocational sport teaching evaluation and making an accusation diagnosis.The current issues of higher vocational sports teaching mainly include the following three aspects.(1)The PE teaching evaluation indexes are lack of subject pertinence,and most of them are designed uniformly by schools.(3)Ignoring the effective feedback of teaching evaluation results,schools feed back the teaching evaluation results to teachers in the form of scores and grades,and do not put forward suggestions for revision or solutions to the problems shown in teaching evaluation.The main reasons are shorts of scientific teaching evaluation system,shorts of systematic teaching evaluation regulation system and so on.3.Follow the principles of objectivity,systematic,feasibility,and disciplinary,a framework of evaluation indexes for higher education sports teaching was drawn up.the evaluation indexes of PE teaching in higher vocational colleges are screened.Using the hierarchical analysis method,the weights of each index of higher vocational physical education teaching evaluation were calculated.4.Optimize the teaching assessment system of higher vocational sport teaching,including teaching assessment goal,teaching assessment major,teaching assessment theory,teaching assessment approach,teaching assessment programs,teaching assessment outcome and other aspects.A teaching evaluation scheme with 4 main organs of teachers’self-evaluation,supervisors’evaluation,peer evaluation and students’evaluation are designed.
