This paper is dedicated to exploring the effect of functional physical training on the landing stability of parachute landing ground movements of special forces parachutists In the study,18 members of a special operations unit were selected to undergo 12-week group-controlled training The data donation method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method and experimental method are clarified and the evaluation parachute landing of this experiment is clarified The five first-level indicators of ground action landing stability are: functional action screening(FMS),core strength and core stability Determination,lower limb strength,balance ability,prescribed landing movements.Finally,the results obtained through experiments are as follows:(1)After 12 weeks of trial intervention,the FMS score of the experimental group was greatly improved(P=0.002<0.01).The average score increased from 15.63±1.68 to 17.34±0.94,while the FMS score of the control group was not significantly different from that of the experimental group.It was not statistically significant(P=0.182>0.05);(2)After the 12-week trial intervention,there was no significant difference in the effect of increasing the level of the control group for the balance ability index(p=0.073>0.05),but there was a significant increase in the experimental group(p=0.001<0.01),and the control group and the experimental group were in Significant significance was also found in the data after 12 weeks(P=0.010<0.05).(3)After 12 weeks of trial intervention,for the indicator of 1-minute sit-ups,the control group(P=0.027<0.05)and experimental group(P=0.009<0.01)had significant improvement,for the two-point plank this indicator,only the experimental group had obvious improvement The increase was(P=0.013<0.05),but the control group did not increase significantly(P=0.450>0.05).(4)After the 12-week trial intervention,the performance of the test group was greatly improved for the indicator of standing long jump Good(P=0.042<0.05),sit strength/body weight test results were significantly improved(P=0.037<0.05);The control group did not There was a significant improvement(P=0.186>0.05),but a great improvement in sitting strength/body weight(P=0.007<0.01).(5)After 12 weeks of experimental intervention,the parachutists of the experimental group implemented according to the functional physical training program were in the prescribed movements The test results of landing stability were significantly improved(P<0.01),while the control group that received traditional physical training skydiving There was no significant improvement in the test scores(P=0.147>0.05).The study concluded as follows:(1)The functional physical training program for the landing stability of parachute landing movements of special forces parachutists passes three stages Training has a significant effect on improving its landing stability.(2)Through five indicators to evaluate the stability of landing,it can be seen that the overall effect of functional physical training is better than that of traditional physical fitness Training.
