The core stability straining has already got the attention of the sports field and has been widely used. But still now on, there are few studies of the core stability training on the special training of freestyle wrestling field. Men’s freestyle wrestling is a competitive sport which needs higher level of special strength, and at the same time, the athletes need to make the decision of defense or offense according to the competition’s situation, the ability of controlling body gravity and dynamic stability during the changing situation are very important. This thesis is mainly used experiment method, studying on the core stability training’ s influence on Special Forces of men’s freestyle wrestlers, that means through implementing the intervention of the core stability training on the experimental subject and analyzing its effect, in order to make contribution on the core stability training of special forces of men’s freestyle wrestlers in the future.This thesis analyzed by literature review, expert interview, questionnaire, observation and experiment method, mathematical statistics and logical analysis to analyze the core stability training’s influence on special forces of men’s freestyle wrestlers. Take the core stability training’s influence on Special Forces of men’s freestyle wrestlers as the subject of this study. Take15athletes from Chinese men’s freestyle wrestling team as the experiment object. Through the first three stages’core stability training and the forth stage’s observation, get the six index score both of before and after training and the observation compared the after training phase of this program’s special forces, we can draw this conclusion through the analysis of the data statistics:(1) After9weeks’intervention of the core stability training on the basic training session of the Chinese men’s freestyle wrestlers,5test scores (bag six combination,20seconds holding leg,30seconds attack too turns, limit pull-ups,15seconds pull-ups) of the special strength present a significant difference (after T test, P <0.01); the forth stage of this experiment is without the intervention to the Chinese men’s freestyle athletes’core stability training, the result is lower than the third stage, bag six combination and15seconds pull-ups dropped more apparently. It is to say that the core stability training has significant effect on promoting the special forces of Chinese freestyle wrestlers.(2) Due to the test time is limited, if the time of falling a bag is longer when began to next movement, and the movement is compact, this test of falling a bag for15seconds has not present a significant difference(after T test, P>0.05).(3) Put the intervention of the core stability training into the special training session of Chinese men’s freestyle wrestlers has a profound influence. But we must put the core stability training on the basis of Special Forces, they must be put together and coordinate with each other, the main purpose is to promote athlete’s competitive ability and their achievements on sports.
