In the new era,labor education was picked up again.In September 2018,general secretary Xi Jinping delivered an important speech at the national education conference,and put forward the socialist builders and successors to cultivate all-round development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor."Labor" education must be placed in the same important position as the other four education,forming a talent training mode of five education simultaneously,integrated and coordinated development.As an important goal and component of the overall development of education,labor education plays an important role in promoting the rapid development of our economy,the cultivation of talent system and the improvement of the quality of the whole people.Strengthening the labor education of children can not only cultivate children's labor habits and self-care ability,but also enhance children's physical quality,promote their intellectual development,moral quality and aesthetic ability.Therefore,based on practice,this study investigates the current situation and existing problems of children's labor education,analyzes the reasons behind the problems,explores solutions to the problems,and provides suggestions for the in-depth development of children's labor education.This study mainly uses questionnaire,interview,observation and other research methods,and takes six kindergartens in Nanchang City(one public park and one private park selected respectively from urban,township and rural areas)as research samples to investigate the understanding of teachers and parents on infant labor education,the development of labor education in families and kindergartens,and the performance of infant labor.From the investigation,we can find that there are the following problems in the labor education of children: the kindergarten has a relatively one-sided understanding of labor education,the content is too simple,the conditions are slightly lacking,the ways and methods are lacking,the evaluation is utilitarian,and the main body has deviation;while the labor type in the family is simple,the labor time is too short,the parents are responsible for replacing seriously,and there is no education or work in the process of labor education The obstacles.In addition,the article also discusses the influencing factors of early childhood labor education,which mainly includes the following aspects: first,the influence of the ideological factors of attaching importance to intelligence rather than labor,which is mainly manifested in the lack of knowledge of early childhood labor education andone-sided outlook on talent of teachers and parents;second,the influence of the weakening factors of labor education kindergarten,which is mainly manifested in the lack of policy support and condition guarantee Secondly,the influence of the dilution factors of labor education family,mainly reflected in the excessive doting of parents on children,and finally the influence of social and cultural environment factors.Finally,based on the above investigation and analysis,this study suggests that the following aspects should be promoted and improved: first,change the education concept of parents and teachers,improve their ideological understanding,and correctly understand the value of labor education;second,strengthen labor education in kindergartens,determine the content of labor education according to the age characteristics of children,and improve the conditions of labor education to ensure the smooth development of activities We should expand and enrich labor education activities,expand labor practice channels,adjust education evaluation guidance,gradually reduce material rewards,and return to children's dominant position to play their own initiative Secondly,we should improve labor education from the perspective of family.Parents should learn from foreign experience,stimulate children's interest,encourage children to participate in labor,provide children with labor opportunities and teach labor methods.Finally,we should guide families,kindergartens and communities to work together to promote the smooth implementation of children's labor education.
