| Labor education has always been the important topic in China’ at different times.In recent years,the state has successively issued documents such as the Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Universities,Secondary and Primary Schools,the Guideline of Labor Education in Universities,Secondary and Primary Schools(For Trial Implementation),and the Labor Curriculum Standards for the Compulsory Education Stage(2022 Edition)to promote the implementation of labor education effectively.However,in the process of implementing labor education,there are still many problems on the view,curriculum,evaluation and guarantee mechanism,especially in rural junior high schools where education is relatively backward.Therefore,carrying out a survey of labor education in rural junior high schools is urgent.This research adopts the self-made questionnaire and semi-structured interview outline and takes 406 students,11 teachers and 3 parents in grade 7-9 of J school as survey objects to conduct a questionnaire survey and interview surveys.The results show that there are many problems in J rural junior high schools.Many people holds one-sided view of labor education.Besides,the curriculum provision and implementation of education are unsuitable.What’s more,the evaluation system doesn’t work effectively.And the guarantee mechanism of labor education is imperfect.This research analyzes the causes one by one and proposes practical measures for J rural junior high school to solve the problems.The first one is to establish a correct view of labor education implementation,including helping educators,students and parents establish a correct view of labor education implementation.The second one is to improve the setting and implementation of labor education courses,including implementing the overall goals of labor education,developing local labor education school-based courses and improving the teaching method of "integrity of teaching,learning and practice".The third one is to improve the evaluation methods of labor education in rural junior high schools,including refining labor education evaluation standards,attaching importance to multiple ways of evaluation and attaching importance to multi-dimensional evaluation.The fourth one is to improve the school labor education guarantee mechanism,including building a labor education teaching team which consists of full-time and part-time teachers,providing safe educational practice bases and ensuring the use of labor education funds effectively. |
