Modern society is faced with competition and challenges every day,and even a little slack may be eliminated.Job burnout is also common.A number of surveys show that teachers have become a high risk area for job burnout,among which PE teachers are more prominent.Although our policy has always attached importance to campus sports and repeatedly put the health of students in the first place,the implementation of the policy has been delayed in practice due to various objective factors.The resulting job burnout affects the physical education teaching quality of some groups of physical education teachers.Therefore,it is of definite theoretical and practical value to study the burnout of middle school physical education teachers.This study conducted an online questionnaire survey among more than 400 middle school physical education teachers in various provinces and cities.The results show that some middle school PE teachers are affected by occupational factors,social factors,school factors and their own factors.Hard to show their own value,lack of professional pride;The study of PE curriculum reform is not in place to affect the work;Safety risk in PE class,the responsibility of the subject is not clear,affect the enthusiasm of PE teachers;Part of the value orientation of the modern environment is biased,and school sports is marginalized;The social status of PE teachers is not high;The profession itself does not hold much prestige in society;The working atmosphere of some schools is not good,and PE teachers and teachers of other subjects are not well integrated;The school acts unfairly and the PE teachers’ rights are not guaranteed.The evaluation system of school teaching achievements is backward,and it is difficult to get due recognition for efforts.The quality of some PE teachers is not good;The character is rough and the communication ability is not strong.A decline in professional skills and a lack of respect for work;Even lack of professional belief;Because of the above reasons,physical education teachers group job burnout situation is more and more serious.To some extent,it has affected the physical education work of grassroots schools.Through individual subjective change,physical education teachers can improve their personal quality and repair their image.Enhance professional skills and enhance the value of physical education;Firm professional faith,love sports;Face job burnout and deal with it actively;In addition to the change of external environment,improve the subject discrimination,mobilize the enthusiasm of PE teachers;Improve physical education facilities,increase participation support;Cope with sports injury correctly,relieve the pressure of PE teachers;Strengthen the value of physical education teachers,no longer marginalize physical education to improve middle school physical education teachers burnout status,improve school physical education is difficult to promote the situation.
