With the implementation of the new round of reform of the physical education entrance examination in Fuzhou,the physical education teachers in Fuzhou middle schools will face new challenges and pressures.As the private middle school physical education teachers in the team,they need to face more challenges and pressures.When the pressure has a certain impact on a person's working status,they will form a state called job burnout.This paper uses many research methods,such as literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics,to study the job burnout of physical education teachers in Fuzhou private middle schools.Through consulting a large number of documents and materials,the theoretical basis of this study was obtained.Some PE teachers in private middle schools in Fuzhou were surveyed and interviewed by questionnaires.The survey data and related information were obtained,and the survey data were collated and analyzed.The study found that the overall situation of job burnout of physical education teachers in Fuzhou private middle schools is relatively serious.Among the three dimensions of job burnout,emotional exhaustion is the most obvious;female physical education teachers are significantly higher than male physical education teachers in emotional exhaustion;physical education teachers who work as class teachers are significantly higher in emotional exhaustion than those who do not work as class teachers in the first three years;P.E.teachers in Grade 1 are significantly higher than those in Grade 1 and Grade 2 in personality problem solving;Teachers in Grade 1 are significantly higher than senior teachers in low personal accomplishment,but in personality disintegration,teachers in Grade 1 are significantly lower than senior teachers;P.E.teachers in private middle schools in Fuzhou have job burnout in gender,teaching years,titles and whether they work as class teachers or not.There are significant differences in marital status,teaching age and part-time employment.The reasons for the burnout of PE teachers in Fuzhou private middle schools are as follows: at the social level,the rules and regulations of private middle schools are imperfect and the social recognition is low;at the school level,teachers have no sense of belonging and lack of fair and democratic management mechanism;at the individual level,the particularity of PE teaching itself,and the heavy responsibility of PE teachers.In order to alleviate the current situation of professional burnout of physical education teachers in Fuzhou private middle schools,we need to start from the aspects of society,schools and teachers themselves: not only the concern of society and government,but also the establishment of a reasonable evaluation mechanism for schools.Individual teachers should also improve their own literacy,pay attention to the excitement of work and enhance self-confidence,so as to change the working conditions of physical education teachers in Fuzhou private middle schools.State.
