The problem job burnout of teachers seriously affects teachers’ mental health and their career development,but also has a certain negative impact on carrying out the effective teaching.This study chose a junior high school history teacher from Shuangyashan,Heilongjiang Province as the research sample,the present conditions of the junior middle school history teachers’ job burnout,and based on the analysis of the causes of a series of coping strategies were put forward.The history teachers from Shuangyashan junior middle school as the object of the questionnaire survey,and combined with individual interviews,found the treatment of Shuangyashan middle school history teachers had a lower position exists,the pressure of their family life were big,schools pays no attention to the historical teaching,and teachers have a low level of self recognition problem.The causes of these problems can be divided into two aspects: external environmental factors and teacher personal factors.From external reasons,firstly,the decrease of social status and teacher recognition has brought great pressure to the teacher’s education teaching.Secondly,the lack of recognition of teachers by students and parents has brought great confusion to teachers.Thirdly,school administrators lack the attention,recognition and support of teachers,which makes teachers doubt the future prospect of their own profession and good expectations.Finally,the deviation and absence of teacher management system can hardly arouse the enthusiasm of teachers.From internal reasons,teachers’ own teaching methods,concepts and consciousness have problems,which aggravate teachers’ responsibility consciousness and learning consciousness.Furthermore,there is a misunderstanding of teacher’s personal values,which produces negative emotions.Finally,some teachers fail to evaluate themselves correctly and bring them a painful experience.On the basis of the above studies,this paper suggests that,at the social level,we should pay more attention to teachers’ needs to comprehensively improve the treatment of teachers and education reform.At the school level,the school should give more support to the history teachers,develop the platform for teachers’ cooperation,build theatmosphere of cooperation between teachers and students,and pay attention to the state of teachers’ mental health.On teachers’ level,should pay attention to the improvement of personal accomplishment,to respond to occupational stress actively,should attach great importance to the solution of the psychological emotional problems,and debugging,should pay attention to their own professional development,and to establish their own professional ideal,pay attention to maintain good health,establish the reasonable professional expectations.
