The Coordinated Development Research Between The New Pattern Urbanization And Agricultural Modernization Of Shandong Peninsula Urban Cluster

The 12 th five-year period is our country’s important period that narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas.It is one of the major tasks of this phase to promote the coordinated development between new pattern urbanization and agricultural modernization.As one of the most dynamic economic development zone along China’s coast,the new research of Shandong peninsula urban cluster about the urbanization and agricultural modernization coordination is very important.It can not only provide theoretical guidance for the development of Shandong peninsula group,but also provide important reference for the upcoming 13 th five-year period.First of all,this paper summarizes the basic theory and generalizes the related literature about the research content,and briefly introduce the new type of urbanization and agricultural modernization of Shandong peninsula urban cluster.It will lay a foundation for the empirical research.Second,from the intensive and efficiency,people-oriented,urban and rural areas as a whole,and sustainable ecological environment that embodies the new urbanization and agricultural modernization,by the inspection KMO and Bartlett repeated screening test,finally the paper selected 15 variables indexes and 11 indexes respectively as a measure of new urbanization and agricultural modernization,and then through the factor analysis method to calculate the comprehensive factor score of 8 new urbanization and agricultural modernization of Shandong peninsula urban cluster in 2013.on this basis,through the coordination degree model to calculate cities’ new urbanization and agricultural modernization development coordination degree value of the Shandong peninsula urban cluster and to judge the coordination type and determine its rank and status in Shandong province.Third,from the experience of the Yangtze river delta and the pearl river delta about urban agglomeration,we can understand the gap between Yangtze river delta,the pearl river delta and Shandong peninsula urban cluster in the new urbanization and coordinated development of agricultural modernization,and clear space and direction for the future development of Shandong peninsula urban cluster.Finally,based on the analysis of empirical results and experience of Yangtze river delta and the pearl river delta about urban agglomeration,the article can sum up the main factors of the coordinated development of agricultural modernization,for example,the relevant laws and regulations is not perfect,city development is not harmonious,urban migrant workers-into difficult,the continued presence of "dual structure between urban and rural areas" and ignorance of the problems such as ecology,then put forward relevant policy according to existing problems.
