Study On Optimization Of Purchasing Management Of XF Garment Export Enterprise

With the intensification of international market competition,garment export enterprises are facing unprecedented pressure.Competition among enterprises is not only limited to the traditional product quality and production efficiency,but also more effected by the competition between the supply chain management capabilities of enterprises.In order to strengthen the export capabilities and reduce costs and increase efficiency,enterprises need not only to strengthen the management ability in R&D,production,sales and other aspects,but also to enhance the purchasing management ability of enterprises.By optimizing the procurement management of the garment supply chain,garment export enterprises can improve the utilization rate of resources,enhance the value of products,tap new profit growth points,and enhance their market competitiveness.This paper takes XF garment export enterprise as the research object,and studies the procurement management optimization of garment export enterprises.Firstly,the paper combs the current situation of procurement management of XF garment export enterprise,and discusses the main problems existing in the procurement process of XF garment export enterprise,such as supplier management.Then,aiming at the main problems existing in the procurement process of XF garment export enterprise,combining data analysis method,Activity Based Classification method and Analytic Hierarchy Process method,a detailed procurement management optimization scheme is proposed from the perspectives of supplier sourcing,classified management,selection and evaluation,performance evaluation and relationshipmanagement.This paper realizes the combination of strategic material purchasing and cost management through Activity Based Classification method.The key factors of supplier management are selected by Analytic Hierarchy Process method,and the supplier evaluation index system is constructed.The supplier selection evaluation is optimized by Analytic Hierarchy Process method,which establishes a reasonable supplier management system and optimization scheme for XF garment export enterprise.The purpose of this paper is to improve the responsiveness of the procurement department of XF garment export enterprise to production and sales,reduce the procurement cost of enterprise,make procurement management a new growth point to enhance the profits of enterprise,and then improve the market competitiveness of enterprise.
