The poet Ai Qing expressed his love for the place in such a direct and strong lyric way,stirring his soul and shaking his heart.As for local research,it has always been a hot topic in academic circles at home and abroad.From scholar Duan Yifu," people do not live in the framework of geographical space,but live in a world full of connotations " marks the beginning of local related research in human geography.As an important part of life perception and identity mechanism,local sense is formed by relying on specific social relations and practice fields,which can reproduce people’s sense of identity belonging,social collective memory and spiritual value projection in the characteristic space and action practice.In the study of local sense,the comparative study of tourists and residents’ local sense has always been the focus of academic attention.On this basis,this paper selects the well-known tourist community-Huimin Street as the case area,combs the domestic and foreign related literature on the basis of local theory,carries on the theoretical construction to the Hui Min Street tourist and the resident’s local sense dimension,on the basis of the pre-study,carries on the hypothesis that the two local sense levels and their influencing factors need to be tested empirically,on this basis,designs the related questionnaire and the in-depth interview question,in order to guarantee the final result reliability,also uses the Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient and the KMO spherical test factor to test the questionnaire reliability and the validity,By using the method of questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,this paper makes an empirical investigation on the level of tourists and residents’ local sense in Huimin Street,and then uses the descriptive demand statistical analysis in the SPASS22.0 to make statistics on the data of the questionnaire.Finally,taking the theory of local sense as the starting point and combining with the present situation of tourism development in Huimin Street,according to the results of qualitative and quantitative analysis,the problems in tourism development are found out,and the countermeasures are put forward to solve the problems.Make Huimin Street tourism better development.The conclusions are as follows:(1)By combing the relevant research of scholars at home and abroad on the sense of place,and combining with the actual situation of this paper,the sense of place is divided into two dimensions: local perception and local attachment.Based on this analysis,the similarities and differences between the level of tourists and residents’ local sense of Hui Min Street are analyzed,and the hypothesis to be tested is put forward:tourists have strong local identity to Hui Min Street,but low local dependence;Hui Fang local residents have higher local identity and local dependence on Hui Min Street.(2)The residents of Hui Min Street have a high level of local perception,and the average scores of the two dimensions are from high to low: local attachment and local perception.The level of local sense of Hui Min Street is weak,some dimensions are strong,and some dimensions are poor.According to the degree of local sense from strong to weak order: local attachment,local perception.Whether it is the ordinary residents of Huimin Street or the residents engaged in local tourism activities,their feelings for Huimin Street are the same,they are deeply love the land that nurtures them,so the overall level of local sense is high.From the perspective of tourists,Huimin Street has been widely praised by tourists for its own cultural characteristics and its characteristic tourism products,especially local cuisine.However,because Hui Min Street is in the old urban area,the city renewal is slow and the streets are narrow,there will be problems such as imperfect infrastructure,environmental hygiene and traffic congestion,which are all aspects that need to be improved in the future.(3)Further in-depth interviews based on questionnaires.So far,it still retains its own uniqueness,still lives in the generation of Hui compatriots living and doing business here,but also attracts domestic and foreign tourists to visit the experience,which further verifies that Hui Fang is a space with emotional ties.Connecting the emotional demands of generations of residents is a place full of emotion.However,when communicating with different groups of people,it is also expressed that Huimin Street still has a lot to improve as a tourist attraction and a living community,so from the feedback of in-depth interviews in different dimensions,The final answers can further verify the results of the above questionnaire analysis: residents have a strong sense of local,but internal disputes;tourists have a low level of local sense.(4)From the perspective of local sense and the present situation of tourism development in Huimin Street,this paper puts forward several suggestions for the areas that need to be improved :(1)Construction of public service system of tourism community: people-oriented,tourism and life facilitation;(2)Strict implementation of national standards to effectively improve the quality of service in Huimin Street;(3)Refining and perfect integration of tourism and business. |
