Study On The Construction Progress Management Of The Reconstruction H Project Of The Resettlement Area Of The Village In The W City

As an important supply project planned and implemented by the central government,and as one of the key policies launched by the Party in the 18th National Congress,the construction of subsidized housing is a major event concerning people’s livelihood.Resettlement housing is housing built by the government to resettle families who have been demolished in the process of urban development and land development.With the accelerated pace of urban development in China,government agencies must build as many resettlement sites as possible to meet the needs and interests of displaced people and maintain social stability.However,there are still many problems with the resettlement housing projects being planned,implemented and constructed in China,among which the negative impact of this one is the most significant.Once the schedule delay occurs,it will change the schedule target specified in the contract signed for the project,which may cause the loss of economic benefits of the project and even have a negative impact on social stability and harmony.How to improve the implementation plan of resettlement projects and optimize the project schedule is a pressing problem in the construction of resettlement housing projects.The purpose of this thesis is to study the urban village resettlement area renovation project in W city,take the theory of engineering schedule management as the theoretical guide of the research topic,discuss the main methods and approaches of schedule utilization with the nature of the project,and strengthen the management and quality of urban projects to achieve the maximum economic benefits.First of all,in the preliminary preparation of the study,it was determined that the research object of this thesis is the resettlement area reconstruction project of H urban village in W city,this thesis sorts out the information of the project work breakdown,assignment of project responsibilities,project operation time and the project department schedule plan,and addresses the defects in the original plan of the resettlement area of the village in the H city.,Taking into account the emergency time and emergency cost,using the time-cost balance method to rework the project plan.The reconstruction project of the resettlement area in the village of H city has a reduced construction period of 325 days,which is 5 days shorter than the original plan of 330 days and meets the 330-day construction period requirement.Finally,according to the different parameters and indicators of the earned value method,the implementation effect of the project schedule and cost is analyzed.The research conclusions of this thesis show that through the use of project schedule management related theories to carry out schedule management research on the reconstruction project of the resettlement area of the village in H city,prepare the initial network plan of the project,use the time-cost balance method to optimize the project schedule,and improve the village in H city.The construction efficiency and research results of the reconstruction project in the resettlement area have a certain practical significance for the project schedule guidance and cost management,and also have a certain reference value for the schedule plan of other real estate projects.
