In recent years,the real estate industry and the national economy have developed both quickly.Historical data can give the evidence of the rapid development.People’s living standards have been constantly improving,and they are full of yearning for a better life.With the launch of the national hardcover room policy,hardcover room provided by developer is monotonous and same to each other,it is difficult to meet the spiritual pursuit of high quality life of customers in this modern times,customers can only meet their taste and differentiation needs through the subsequent effect of soft decoration.Every resident area welcomed soft decoration,so soft decoration industry has been unprecedented hot,soft decoration also calls adornment art,it is the cluster of combining furniture,lamps and lanterns,wallpaper or wall cloth,cloth art(curtain and bed taste),flower art,handicraft and the collection of household category related to dimensional aesthetics.Whole household except for those not convenient to be replaced hard decoration can be called soft decoration,if hard decoration change is the indoor environment of the body,then soft decoration is the soul of the indoor environment,is the sublimation of space art,soft decoration is equipped with the whole case,soft decoration and many varieties,all of the soft decoration category products generally referred to as a whole or the whole case soft decoration company,Dealers dealing in 2 or more soft-pack products are called multi-pack or small pack.Soft decoration is a large industry in China,the existence of small businesses,industry barriers are relatively low,the number of national soft decoration companies fulled in fierce competition,mostly small and medium-sized enterprises,with the industry environment changes,so many enterprises struggle to survive.Taken AA soft decoration company as the sample,by using the literature method,interview method,case study,questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation method,and some marketing tools such as PEST,SWOT,Porter’s five models of marketing environment analysis,to do the comprehensive analysis and study soft decoration industry at the post-pandemic era,to study the marketing status quo of small and medium-sized soft decoration enterprise by taking AA soft decoration company as an example,To diagnose the problems existed in the enterprise of AA company,and to develop suitable marketing strategies such as 7PS marketing strategy combination,and puts forward the marketing strategy and marketing strategy implementation safeguard measures.The research on AA company and other similar soft decoration companies,has a good dual reference value both in theory and practice for the development of small and medium-sized soft decoration enterprises.The soft decoration industry has developed into a mature industry in foreign countries,but China started late and just beginning of prosperous development,the market is not well-regulated,and lack of soft decoration professionals,the soft decoration industry has a huge prospect,the study of this paper has a certain role in promoting the development of China’s soft decoration industry.
